I am extremely frustrated with my recent order from Neiman Marcus. I placed an order in early December with the assurance of a 5-7 business day in-store pickup window. Fast forward three weeks, and my item finally arrived. However, when I went to pick it up, the staff told me the order had been processed but they couldn't find it in-store due to its small size. I understand the holiday rush, and the two women who assisted me were kind and helpful.

Unfortunately, my experience only worsened. I returned a few days later, only to be told by different staff members that my order hadn’t been processed at all or wasn’t even in the store. This inconsistent information was incredibly frustrating. Today, the service was even worse. The staff had a noticeable attitude, didn’t seem to care about assisting me, and barely made an effort to locate my order. The woman at the front desk was rude, and I felt completely dismissed.

To make matters worse, I reached out to Neiman Marcus customer service through phone calls, text, and live chat, but none of them were able to provide any assistance. It's beyond disappointing that the company would promise a specific shipping time and then provide such poor service during the holiday season. I’ve now lost trust in this brand and will not be returning to shop here.

I am not a typical client of Neiman Marcus, walked in looking like the guy you call security for (mossy oak pants and xxlarge carhartt jacket) and was treated with respect and kindness by Anna on the fragrance floor. She gave excellent feedback and honesty when a scent wasn't matching. My favorite cologne was a discontinued product, so she helped me find my new favorite fragrance in a different brand within 45 mins. Also a fun gift for valentines. Excellent experience. Thank you.

Worst experience by far. I went in looking for a perfume for Christmas, thankfully I opened it a little sooner and sprayed it . The perfume had no smell, I messaged the sales rep who assisted me never got back to me . Went and bought the perfume from somewhere else and it actually does smell. I explained my frustration to the sales rep and customer service and they said since it had been opened I could not return it . Thankfully at Nordstrom they gave me a better experience.

Not really their best location in California , their beauty department is overstaffed. A large amount of their testers are empty and their selection is one of the worst I've seen. Their hand soap in the bathroom could also be improved with a moistureizer perhaps.
