Where is the zero button when you need it. This is not a question. Netflix is absolutely horrid. The customer service… And I say that very sarcastically customer service my butt., said to me well if you don’t like it and you’ve got a problem with it. Well, I can just cancel you now. Netflix it’s good to know that you are consistent in one thing. Netflix is absolutely given no care about the customers who’s given them all of their money and their customer service absolutely horrid. Waiting on hold for over half an hour for a supervisor, well that never happened and then our lovely. “ customer service agent.” wanted to talk to me about ethics and integrity. Well, I told him we can’t talk about something that he doesn’t have nor the company he works for so there’s that.

Not Military friendly service. Called to try to get figured out how to use the service while deployed they said they would send an email with what I needed to do. The email states that I needed to give them the IP address for where I am, I had informed them that I get moved around location to location and that I don't stay in one spot for very long, so there is no way for me to give them a IP address. Second, they want to know what base I am staying at again I am deployed where I move location to location I am not on a military base. If you are in the service, don't waste your money on this trash of a company. Save your money and get a different streaming service.

I have cancelled my services again protesting another “big cable” regularly scheduled price hike. At first price hikes were rare and infrequent and existing subscribers always got a grandfather period where you can enjoy your rate for a period of time. Then they became yearly and at this point, the costs outweigh the benefits. I am also very concerned about your acquisition of sporting rights. Sports programming has some of the highest carriage fees and I really hope you consider releasing service tiers like cable TV packages. If a consumer wants sports, charge more for a separate package instead of an enforced bundle. Give consumers more choice and give long time loyal customers who have signed up from the beginning some loyalty and recognition. You know how to do it, give us more compelling reasons to keep your service.

I would give zero stars if I could. After almost 14 years as a customer across 2 different accounts, I decided to mostly cancel my subscription. I have two households and travel for work. One of my household has my elderly parents who struggle with technology. I decided to teach them how to use Netflix and they liked it. I upgraded the plan for 4 people for one family for just 3 people; we also liked the UHD streaming quality of the premium subscription. Recently, I had the basic included in my wireless plan but I would still pay $17/month so that I could stream while in my two homes. Suddenly, Netflix thought it was a good idea to start asking people to sign up for more accounts. They literally told me that I needed to sign up for 2 accounts, which serves 8 people to allow 3 people to stream. They also made me feel like a criminal for continuously making me update my household like I was doing something illegal. Called customer support and they said that was their new policy. So, I revert to basic, which is included in my wireless plan and allow my parents to stream it. However, Netflix will not be receiving the extra $17/month they were receiving before. Peacock, Prime, Max, Disney+, Hulu and AppleTV are plenty and treat me fairly as their customer. Bye Netflix!

Well, I am finally done! Netflix just emailed me and let me know they are once again raising my rates $2.50/month this time (before taxes)...seriously, after the Tyson/Paul fiasco and Reed Hastings donated $7 million to the Harris campaign! I called to see if we could work something out because I have been a member since 2016, and they basically said they could care less. This is after I waited on hold for a long time to speak to a human. I wish I could give a negative star.
I guess I try Paramount Plus!

I got the plan that included my nexflix with my account and now I’m signed out on my tv and phone and can’t get back in because I can’t get ahold of someone to figure out my situation. The whole going threw the app and then just typing what your problem is and then just giving you a bunch of articles like how does that solve my problem none of these are what’s going on. Please solve this so us customers can fix our accounts and still use your platform.

When cobra kai come to Netflix I was looking forward to binge watching every episode of it i was even fine with the cliff hangers but now I'm not because the last episode of season 6 ended on a cliff hanger so there should be a 7th season and more after that enough with the cliff hangers

Was fortunate enough to work here for a good, long time. Was witness to many developments within the building and company itself. Saw as it evolved from a company just getting off it's corporate training wheels? To a powerhouse in the entertainment industry. So many employees came and went, and so many more were awesome and super friendly; to work with, and for. Gonna miss this place for sure. Thank you for the time and experiences you allowed me to have here.
