The process to get my unit was seamless. The staff were friendly and courteous. The promotions make it easy to move in. The staff and the facilities makes you feel comfortable staying.

This facility is the most unprofessional poorly run storage company I have ever dealt with. The facility is poorly lit and their security cameras are to few and way below par! They are extortionists and bullies. My property is being held with an overclock on my unit although I’ve stayed current with my billing and I’ve been denied access for 3 months. The call center operators are as friendly and helpful as their southern hospitality will allow and as lovely as they are they are simply clueless. I’ve pleaded with someone from management to verbally contact me so that I can comply to their rules for property removal and still have not once received a call. I’ve made several arrangements with the call center operators to get my property and have not been met with their cooperation. There appears to be no communication amongst team members and with their leads.
The facility is conveniently located off 17 and for New River residents. The yard does have 24 hour access.
There is not a physical office or an in person employee. I do not recommend storing anything of value here. The company does not either. I recommend you DO read the contract before signing it. Like I said poorly managed. Below standard security. Awful customer service

Doubled my rent after 5 months. So I was forced to move all my stuff out and find another storage solution. I could see a little increase, but double?

Make sure you find a place that has a guaranteed rate for at least a year. This was incredibly inconvenient and totally ridiculous in my opinion.

My dad had 4,000 dollars worth of items stolen out of his storage. When he asked to speak with someone it was always an answering machine. No one ever returned his phone calls when he called the claims department. added into his monthly payment, was insurance on the unit 1,000 dollars. He was never late on his payments. He has continued making calls to the claims department and still hasn’t herd back from them. You guys are so unprofessional. You wanted the monthly payment on time but when there’s a claim he never hears back.

First time at this facility and Mike was the gentleman that I spoke with and was greeted in a very friendly way and was walked through every process of the rental application and was given the opportunity to ask any questions about the application then was asked to see the unit and again was asked if i had any questions was walked through each step and he was very helpful and professional through the process and was treated like family i will recommend this storage facility to everyone that I know and needs to rent a storage unit was very happy with the facility and Mike.

Easy, Simple and Secure!
The ease of getting in and getting out of my unit is great because of the setup. From using the Kiosk to the 24/7 access, I can bring my toys and belongings back to storage at any time of day or night and feel confident that they will be well stored. My items do not cook in the unit from heat, and they stay fresh and dry through storms. The great price makes storing my items here well worth it, and it keeps them out of my garage. This is a top notch facility that I know I can trust!

This facility is EXCELLENT as far as storage is concerned. Being that having to rent storage is already a bummer, this facility took much of the pain out of the process. It was extremely convenient to my Anthem location where my items would eventually end up. Leasing my unit was super easy through their kiosk, and their call center people were very polite and helpful when needed. Their prices beat the competition in my research. The best part of my experience was having no heat damage to my electronics and high-end furniture (the items I was most worried about). Also, the dust factor was very low considering it is storage. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of storage as it was secure, protective, easy to access, and a good value.
