Always honour their shipping prices. Great products. I have built many gaming rigs all with parts from Newegg. I never yet had to ship an item back to them within the 30 day return time.

New Egg has the worst customer service I have experienced ever. My husband and I bought a graphics card for our son's birthday, which was delivered to the wrong address and they asked us to submit a Police report before they would investigate. We sent them a picture of our front door and the delivery picture as well. Thank you so much, New Egg for making him wait for nothing.

Been a customer for many many years, and felt like they didn't even care when I had a problem with a order finally. If things go well the company is good, if you run into problems, don't expect help.

I ordered a processor that was back ordered, had to wait a few days for the items to come in, which is what i expected, once they arrived, apparently my credit card did not work and the order was instantly cancelled. Now the same item is back ordered for months, which is why I ordered it early.

I called support, they tell me the order was placed same day and proceeded to lie to me. After I showed proof of the order days before she finally agreed they order was not the same day and that I should of been able to fix the order before it was cancelled. After that she basically said well nothing she could do here is a discount for next time....

I had the opportunity to have the same processor at a different retailer when I originally back ordered this chip, now I'm out months everywhere thanks to Newegg

Very happy with my recent purchase from Newegg.
I ordered all parts for a desktop build that included the following:
14900k, Zotac 1070 Ti Super, 64GB Corsair DDR5, 4TB 990-Pro M.2 and 3 sets of Corsair Link fans and a Link AIO. Also a ASRock Nova MB and a NZXT H6 and C1200 PSU.
All parts came to just shy of $3k which was less than any other site or store.
The items arrived within 3 days in perfect condition. The shipment was missing 1 item and I notified Newegg of this. They promptly resolved the issue and sent the item quickly so I can finish my build. I am very impressed with the customer service and the overall experience. I was a bit nervous due to some of the reviews but it turned out to be a great experience.

Great selection, usually competitive pricing. Shipping can be slow (at least compared to Amazon). It would be nice if they were able to provide an accurate shipping time prior to purchase.

Honestly surprised there's not more reviews here. Maybe the right people would see the reviews good and bad.

Free shipping is cool and all, but when it takes 12 to 15 days to get a PC case, free shipping is kind of a moot point. Now I'm not saying there has to be next day delivery, as its hard even for SCamazon to do that. But 2 weeks to ship and deliver a PC case, using UPS at that as the delivery service....

With that said NewEgg.com is one of the best places to put a PC together. But I promise you if y'all offered/ had more reasonable shipping options not just free, $55.00, $180, and then $200+ shipping options I promise you people would use them. However my guess is y'all do bulk/ conex by weight shipping via UPS which is efficient for company bottom line spending but suboptimal for end customer satisfaction with delivery.

Just some food for thought, and some insight for people checking y'all out before making a purchase. I know I know 1st World problems.

If a product fails within 30 days and want to return it, this company will reduce the return by almost 50%. Now I'm stuck with a semi-defect product as it's been 'opened'. All I can say is, Newegg has changed ever since it was bought out and disappointed. Guess I'll be going elsewhere. Trying to change the review don't do a thing if it's anything but a 5-star review from the beginning.

I was highly impressed with every part of my purchase. The merchant was very responsive to my questions & concerns as I did have an issue with the item I received. The merchant met & exceeded every expectation. Sam even checked in to make certain I had an issue resolved.
