Item received was not what I ordered. The picture and description of the Kipling Seoul laptop back pack is what I ordered. I received a different backpack in the same pattern not suitable for a laptop. Tracking number give. Did not link to anything, but the wrong item arrived within 8 business days. When contacting support I got. 1 or 2 sentence responses that did not address the fact that the wrong item was received. I was told “if I don’t like the item I can return it in unused condition” I have yet to receive a response when I asked if they have the item I ordered. I’m assuming they don’t looking at these other reviews. Incredibly disappointing.

Scam company the photos of products are not what you will receive, cannot sort refund out as they want an international return that buyer has to pay for! (Even though they have sent different product to the photos) do not buy

Ordered cowboy boots nearly 2 werks ago, for my daughter, who is appearing in a show.
Other than confirmation of the order, we have had no feed back since. I have emailed several times asking for an update with no replies. Put the postal tracking no. On courier website and it stated theat it was not yet in thier system. Not happy with communiction from Nicole Hoyt Clothing store, going to contact payment service for a refund.

AVOID!! Ordered some cowboy boots, when they did (eventually) arrive they were nothing like the picture! Looked completely cheap and nasty. Tried to email several times and no response, looks like they've taken my money and now don't want to respond when I need to return them. If I could give 0 stars I would.
