I went in this place and first the amount of perfume was crazy, you might need to wear a mask if you don't want to breathe in everything they are spraying. Second the store look huge but they didn't have much of a men selection. I wanted to get a suit and needed help and stood around for a good 10 mins with no one around or helping me. I saw staff see me but know one came over to help me like at Dillard's across the street and men's warehouse and jos bank, here in their suit section no one helping me. I may try again another time if I do and the experience is different I will update this review. I walked out and am being generous with 3 stars from what experience I had.

My son was treated exceptionally! He told his personal shopper the cologne he wanted and she brought him every single one. Plus she gave him a ton of free decanters to try. He loves Tom Ford!

Jamya provided me the most exceptional customer service I’ve ever gotten while clothes shopping. I hate shopping. I had to find a formal dress for a wedding, and she helped me find the perfect one. She walked around the store with me and made me feel like a priority. She made me feel beautiful. She felt like my friend and like I’d known her forever!

Last visit was great. Aki Nishikawa in the tailor department was great. Our men's department sales staff (both female) that day was also helpful. Inventory was decently stocked. Ive had experiences before that I would give 2 stars so it really can be hit or miss.

I met the most awesome lady here today as I was looking for a new lip color. Her name was Mimi. She not only went above and beyond to help me but she was very compassionate toward me as i shared with her i had spent the day crying,I could tell she really cared, she wasn't just doing her job, she was sincerely concerned. Needless to say, by the time I left, she made me smile just knowing there are still good people in the world who sincerely care about others, not to mention the excellent customer service she gave me by gping out of her way to help me.Thank you Mimi, you are really special!

This is written to hopefully bring attention to the employees Sarah Hunt and Merry (I can’t read her handwriting but she is the extremely well made up lady in the Tom Ford/Chanel Makeup section). They were fantastic employees who were super helpful and kind. I hope these reviews get read and they are recognized as valuable employees.

(Also the pretty lady who gave myself and my mother YSL lipstick samples, I’ve been looking at those since forever and that was super kind but I didn’t get your name).
