My matcha latte was poorly whisked, and extremely bitter to the point where I needed to dispose. And then this is what I saw in the bottom (picture)

I’m a regular customer, their other drinks are good such as chai latte. But this experience really makes me question about whether to invest my money in potential inconsistency.

Quiet area between buildings, nice breezeway in summer. No wifi. Lots of criticism about the coffee - I get tea and it's okay but you don't go to a place like this for the coffee but for the location.

Coffee is a disaster here. Barista do not know how to make a simple cappuccino or latte. The picture of the beautiful Rosetta cappuccino is not what you are going to get because they are not trained at all.
