Wasn't expecting to buy anything but I strolled past the concealers and wanted to see if I could cover up my horrendous dark circles. Never done or knew anything about makeup so I picked one up and tried to compare it to my face. LOVELY associate Desirey saw me struggling and told me everything I needed to know. I ended up choosing the wrong color but she was able to find my perfect match within 2 tries! She also taught me how concealer is applied and where to get brushes. I went from looking like a Tim Burton character to actually looking handsome and confident. The entire experience was amazing. I never had this kind of experience in a mall before. I wish more retail employees everywhere were more like her. I ended up walking away with the color Sienna by Hourglass and I cant wait to explore my confidence. Come here if you want quality service!

Awful experience. Sales associates used to be nice and considerate and now they just treat you like garbage. Went today to purchase something and this employee who did not have a name tag on during their shift, was not welcoming. Not sure if this is her actual name but on the receipt says "Alma Celeste S.". Kind of odd that the sales associate has no tag. Is she trying to hide her name When I asked for an item that I wanted to purchase she told me to move over. I understand if she said it in a nicer tone, but the way she said it was rude and unapologetic. I then asked for my receipt upon purchase and she told me "Just grab it yourself". It is her job to give me my receipt and not grab it my self from the printer. Never have I ever had to grab the receipt my self unless I was at a self checkout..Nordstrom needs to hire competent people who are willing to do their job; and not just people who are careless and inconsiderate. It is just appalling since Nordstrom is known for their good customer service; apparently not anymore.

I was looking for a pair of Hokas and was very quickly helped by George. He brought 2 pairs I was interested in and an additional pain he recommended for me to try. George was very friendly and made me feel welcomed, as if I were customer for years. This my first tike ever in this store. 10/10 service!

On December 18, 2024, at approximately 8:30 PM, I visited your store to purchase a dress for my wife. Due to insufficient open registers, we experienced a significant wait. Upon hearing the closing announcement, directing customers to the parking lot exit, I was forced to proceed to the mall exit to reach my vehicle. A female employee, responsible for closing the gate, observed my hurried exit and proceeded to lower the gate, requiring me to bend and pass underneath. Upon informing her that my wife was behind me and explaining the excessive wait at the registers, her response was dismissive and unprofessional: "You should not have waited until now... I can not stop the door from closing." This interaction was unsatisfactory and raises concerns about customer service standards at Nordstrom. While I understand the necessity of adhering to closing time, a more empathetic and helpful response would have been appropriate.

Very clean store, extremely disappointed, I needed a different size shoe and some of these ladies noticed I was looking at them to ask for help and they continued talking and laughing. Amir was helping other client and also came over to check up when he was done with a great attitude.
No other clients were at the store!
Terrible service and attitude towards the customers.
