Some bargains to be had as long as you have the stamina to get through the racks! Actually found a pair of Christian Louboutin shoes for a fraction of the retail price ! Worth the effort!

I have been going to this Rack since it opened. I always find really good deals. People seem to forget, If you want organization go to Stanford and pay full price. As many people pointed out customers are lazy and sloppy. This is not just a Rack problem go to Marshalls. Take a look at the side of the highways we look like we live in a third world country. People think throwing your garbage out the window is okay. All the years I have been going to the EPA store I just recently did I experience a rude cashier who could barely get a smile on his/her face. Truly I don't care what your pronouns are if your nice to me I am nice to you. You get what you give. Patrons take your cloth's off the hanger if you have a big basket and help the cashier. Helps the lines move faster.

Had a real negative experience trying to shop for sunglasses with my wife here. Came around 3pm and the accessories lady was really upset that we wanted to look at a few different sunglasses to find something that fits her face. When we got past 5 pairs the associate became passive aggressive. It was clearly too big and ask to get at items in the locked sunglass cases. Must just be for display.

We were going to buy a few pairs, but didn't even buy the pair we had set aside because of this intensely negative interaction.

Messiest store I've ever been to. Went there to buy a gift for a friend but decided not to give my money to such a negligent and careless business. There was garbage everywhere. The watches were lying around all over the place like they had just been in a hurricane. How do they expect to make a sale like this? I went to Macy's instead.

One of the most disappointing Nordstrom Racks. Mediocre inventory, store is always a mess. Slow, inefficient cashiers and long lines at the register. Whole vibe feels more like a Ross than a Nordstrom Rack.

Zero organization, none of the sizes are where they're supposed to be, they have about 20 carts total and half of them are broken. If you have all day to pour through the inventory, you might get lucky and hit on a good find.
