If you’re a person of color, I wouldn’t visit this location unless you like being profiled. Security will follow you around for hours and make you feel extremely unwelcome. When you speak to management about it, they will be dismissive. Customer service is severely lacking here. Don’t even bother shopping here if you’re wanting a decent experience.

My previous experience from over a year ago was not so great. And sometimes it's hit or miss depending on the staff. This evening, however, I asked a young lady who was re-racking items if she knew where I could find a specific brand because I was hoping to find this cute sweater in my size. Instead of telling me she didn't know or that she couldn't help me, she stopped what she was doing, said, "Sure!" - knew exactly where to go, and walked me to the rack and found my size! I was so grateful. I wish I had asked for her name, but if you're reading this, THANK YOU BUNCHES for helping me find that cute knitted, stripped shirt at 8pm on a Thursday night! You're awesome, and it made my night that you were so nice. 😁

Bought shoes here and saw that they went on sale about a week later. Called to request a price adjustment and was told that they do not honor price adjustments for in store purchase items.

I hate to do this because I like Nordstrom, but look at the pictures. The children's shoes section is just a riot; even my child lost his mood to pick a pair for himself.

This Nordstrom Rack is big and has a lot of good deal inside. Two floors with different products while the products are very organized. Kinda surprised how organized it would be. Fitting room is still unavailable for customer, kinda forcing me to buy everything back and return it after. The waiting time in line is a bit too long tho

Pay attention: check your item price before you pay!!! even though now it is 40off big sale, unfortunately the cashier lady still don’t want to apply this 40off discount for you if you didn’t remind them, they will not check red tags for you automatically, you have to speak to them time by time, otherwise pay more 40% . So wierd!

The amount of dust in the entire store is Unbearable
I can’t believe with the amount of money they make they cannot assign somebody to undust shelves floor, etc.

Physically, not as big as others I've been too, but it still has a lot of things. Because of that, it's crowded and messy. Staff is quite busy and so, it was hard to get help. But the large selection of things to but was good.
