I came here looking for some shoes for my son. The store was pretty quiet and clean. One of the people that works there (Theresa, I think?) was super friendly and helpful. I liked the quality and price point of the items in the store. I didn’t have anyone following us around, like previous reviews have mentioned, but this was my first time in. I’m looking forward to coming back!

I filed a complaint with Nordstrom corporate about this store. If you’re a person of color, they will make you like a criminal and follow you around the store when you have done nothing wrong. They make you show I’d to use rewards phone number and will refuse to let you use it otherwise…they will make you log into all your Nordstrom apps to prove you’re a legit member to use the notes on your card and still deny you the ability to use them. I gave up and told them not to worry about the notes, and they still denied me the ability to make a purchase with my text me my card feature. The only reason they let me use my Nordstrom card on my Apple Pay is because I threaten to file a complaint . Blatant discrimination!!!! Don’t shop here.

After declining the offer to open a credit line with them I was told if I spent over $100 I would get a $20 note for the next time I shopped at the store if I gave them my phone number and email address. When I came back to redeem that offer, the cashier had no idea what I was talking about. I was pretty disappointed and felt like I was lied to just to get me to sign up for an email list.

It’s ok but there’s a creep loss prevention guy following ladies around kind of gave me “me too” vibes. It’s a nice new store but that guys weird.
