Needless to say, my wife found several pairs of jeans here with ease! The staff was super helpful, and the store was immaculately clean. I also have to commend them for the complimtary drinks they brought me while I sat and watched her have fun. If this store doesn't have it, you probably don't need it. 😁
Safe to say, we will be here again on our next adventure out west.

Really unfortunate experience with their Order Pickup service. I had placed an order, in store, for black leather Sam Edelman slip on loafers. They didn’t have my size in store, and I was leaving for a trip in 2 days that I needed the shoes for, so they ordered it online and assured me it would be ready for pick up the next day, just in time for my trip.

My order was ready in time (which I was thrilled about!) and I was excited to get home and pack. Unfortunately, when I opened the box, it appeared that I had been given the black patent leather version of this shoe, complete with a Nordstrom Rack sticker attached to the bottom. That shoe is currently being sold at the Rack for $70 (I paid $140).

Not only was it the wrong material, but the fact that they thought it was okay to give me a shoe from the Rack that is half the price of what I paid is unacceptable.

Unfortunately, I was unable to wear these shoes on my trip (the reason for which I purchased them). When I took the shoes back today to explain the situation, no apology was given. No sorry. The women’s shoe sales rep I was speaking with simply processed the return and reordered the shoes with a curt demeanor.

Frankly, the staff here is a whole separate review - I have never encountered Nordstrom staff who are so unhappy working in retail and dealing with customers as I have at this location. I am a lifelong Nordstrom customer, but after this most recent incident may have to start looking elsewhere.

TL;DR - always check your pickup orders before leaving the store!

Until today, Nordstroms use to be my favorite department store. The lack of customer service, especially when you work off commission is absolutely baffling to me. This particular store lacks that. I was prepared to spend a few thousands of dollars today because, I wanted to switch out my wardrobe. I was in the Men’s department for over 30 minutes before someone acknowledged me. I watched as they greeted others and wonder to myself why haven’t I got that level of service. There were 5 people working, 4 African Americans and 1 Asian and the Asian guy finally acknowledged me after over hearing a conversation I had with a couple who was also looking for assistance. I’m really shocked (not really) that the African American employees said nothing to me and I’m African American. If I could give a star lower than 1, I would.

I love Nordstrom and its selection of merchandise, but I had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life at this Nordstrom location in the women’s section. I unfortunately missed the associate’s name, but she has long wavy hair and an attitude for days. I noticed she treated a white woman extremely kindly and even made some kind of exception for her when she was making a return, but I did not get a hello and she was just overall really rude, treating me like a second-class citizen. Thanks to her, I never want to go back there.

Be careful ordering items for “pickup.” We were missing items from our order, immediately communicated this to the store associate “Jaiden” and waited 30 minutes while he left me on hold and was supposedly looking into the missing items. It has taken so much time going back and forth with customer service to resolve this, but they coincidentally “found the item” and issued a refund the next day.

The selection of high-quality clothing, shoes, accessories, and beauty products is top-notch, with something for every style and occasion. The store is always well-organized and clean, making it easy to find what you're looking for, whether you're shopping for everyday essentials or something more special.

The customer service is exceptional—staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. Whether you're getting fitted for a pair of shoes, seeking styling advice, or simply browsing, the shopping experience is always pleasant and efficient.

Nordstrom also offers an excellent range of luxury and designer brands, as well as more affordable options, so it's a great place for all budgets. If you want quality, variety, and outstanding service, Nordstrom is always a reliable choice.

Disgusting sales woman in the beauty department tricked me years ago when I was freshly 18 yrs old into opening a credit card. She lied saying it was a survey or to earn rewards and I didn’t know any better. She asked for my ID while I was making a purchase and used it to sign me up behind the counter. To this day I have never used that card and my parents got upset with me when seeing it come in the mail yet I was never taught about credit. Scummy selfish people in this world. You could quite literally ruin someone’s life messing with their credit. Fraudulent practices at these retail stores.

I’m extremely disappointed with the behavior of the staff working at the parking validation station on the first floor. The young man at the station displayed clear unprofessionalism and poor customer service. Normally, we never need a receipt to validate, but this time, he insisted on one. We thought maybe that’s a holiday rule for volume control and we were about to leave. Then he said we could validate without it but need to donate. So we agreed. However, instead of assisting us promptly, he just stood there doing nothing despite several vacant machines being available. After making us wait unnecessarily, he finally processed our checkout—only for us to discover at the exit that our parking wasn’t validated at all and we were charged full price. If the policy is that he doesn’t validate without a purchase, he could have simply stated that upfront instead of being dismissive and wasting our time and play this. His rude attitude ruined what should have been a pleasant holiday outing for us and left such a negative impression of Nordstrom.
