Very unhappy I was born and raised in Norwalk a home owner for the past 30 years. On 8/27/24 we were visited by public safety officer Andres Caceres not with a warning but a demand to remove our vehicle from our side driveway, understandable, was not a problem but when asked for time to move them we got push back the officer returned with a tow truck and another public safety officer felt has if we were criminals and demanded they be moved, triple A was unsuccessful starting one of the vehicles. The officers sat infront of my home until it was moved very unprofessional abuse of authority.

5\19\2022 8:50 AM Public Safety Officers stopped by a the Starbucks when a homeless person refused to leave the bathroom. Great service response from the Norwalk Public Safety Officers. Very Professional. They deserve 10 stars. Quick response, professional and good at their job.

Please make sure you respond to Norwalk resident’s safety issues, like homeless entering private property. Setting garages and trash container on fire.
I had to call the police and public safety numerous times for homeless issues,they never showed up.
But noooo for them is more important to remove a street vendor. At least vendors are working not destroying our city.
There is safety priorities s in our city.

All Public Safety Department personnel in general and Director Kato in particular were very understanding, cooperative, patient and helpful in resolving the trespassing problem at our property. They suggested and helped implementing effective measures to benefit our community.

So many things these officers cannot do because of the law.
When that was explained to me it shocked me. My frustration and reason for my call disappeared from my head.
Norwalk Jurisdiction is one of the cleanest district within the county of Los Angeles. Cannot imagine the stress these officers have to deal with to make this happen.

Horrible service.. Called on a house next door so many times I lost count.. About noise.. Every noise you can imagine cars, banging.. Just a total nusance.. After all that the city gives them a building permit.. To legally make noise plus an extention very disappointed in legal system

They bother people living their lives at home, apparently for overgrown lawns instead of doing something about the homeless and graffiti in the streets.
