I had an amazing experience at Novias Bridal in Fort Lauderdale! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. They made the entire process of finding my dream wedding dress so special. The alterations and fittings were seamless, and the team went above and beyond to ensure my dress was absolutely perfect. Their professionalism, expertise, and care made all the difference. Their attention to detail is unmatched, they even gave me step by step instructions to get my dress on and off on the big day in their absence. I couldn't be happier with my gown or the service I received. Highly recommend Novias Bridal to any bride-to-be!

I had been to countless bridal shops & wasn’t wowed until I came to Novia’s & met Carla. Not only did I find the perfect dress, but Carla was able to envision what would need to modify for it to be perfect! Thank you Carla & staff for making me feel like a princess!

One of the best bridal shop.
The owner was super nice. I got all my bridesmaids dresses on time and alteration was great, each of the girls had different style.
My mother and mother in law dresses was perfect.
Just excellent.

I had the strangest experience at this shop. I made an appointment. They had me pick some dresses to try on. They didn't help me at all. Didn't barely say two words to me the entire time. Alot of the dresses weren't the best quality with underwire popping out and stitching coming undone. I tried on a few then they rushed me out. I was very confused because it was a 90 minute appointment. I was in the store a total of only 15 minutes between picking some dresses and trying on some, then I was rushed out. 15 minutes for a 90 minute appointment! And they barely spoke to me or my 2 friends I brought with me. I ended up buying my dream dress at a different store the same day but we completely wasted our time coming here and no other bridal store had treated me this way. I wouldn't recommend coming here at all.

This bridal shop is awesome! The Manager Karla was awesome!.... it can get pricey if there are specific things you want, but it was all well worth it. She was very attentive with us and her other clients and makes sure things get done and on time. She notifies you of everything going on and just a humble, down to earth person. All the groomsmen suits were from her, including my husband's suit. She altered my dress to the dream dress I wanted. Karla and her mom are a team that created our purchases to dreams.... thank you again!!

Novias has a fantastic selection of non-wedding in addition to wesding gowns. Karla has a great eye for fit/style and set me in the right direction with colors for my guests to wear to compliment my gown as well. Talented tailoring in store as well made this dress fit me like a glove. Thank you, Karla and team!!

My flower girl was a bit older than most flower girls. Every shop we went into, the dresses were very "babyish" I searched online and found a beautiful dress on Novias website. Unfortunately, when we went in, they didn't have it to try on. We found another dress, tried it on, but we weren't sure because we loved the one online. They did us a favor and actually ordered the online dress, in her size, for us to try. This was amazing. I never thought they would do something like this. My flower girl was a princess the day of my wedding. I cannot thank you guys enough!
