What a beautiful space and a fantastic shop. Lots of variety of products from candles and other housewares to clothing to Japanese wellness products. Very nice mix of high-end items but also very beautiful affordable items. Customer service is tops, great spot to buy a gift for yourself or someone special.

I love this boutique shop!! It’s the perfect place to go when you need to gift that friend that has everything or if you want to treat yourself!! I recently got my friend the best housewarming candle .. she loved it!! I’ve gifted myself unique jewelry pieces and cute sunglasses in the past. Absolutely love the shop !! This is one of the best designer boutiques I’ve ever been to and definitely best in the state. They have such a great collection of clothing, accessories, and home goods — I’m always in awe every time I shop there. I bought my favorite Ganni boots & my favorite Luar bag here with the help of Cadence; she’s also helped me put together amazing outfits (shout-out to the biggest Carhartt WIP selection). Cadence is so knowledgeable in fashion (fashion history in general and modern trends) so if you need any help putting together an amazing fit, go to her.

Cadence assisted me with shopping when she was Denver-based and has introduced me to Now or Never now that she's in Phoenix! She helps me remotely, knows potential items that will work for me, sends photos, etc. I bought my first Kara bag from her and am always impressed by the progressive offerings from Now or Never. Highly recommend working with Cadence as a stylist/sales associate – she goes above and beyond!

NOW OR NEVER is the first place I go when shopping here in AZ. Their selection is unmatched and is a tasteful curation of clothing, luxury vintage, home goods, and books. Everyone working there is super helpful and knowledgeable on fashion and fashion history. They also host great events for the surrounding community and art scene.
