The front desk guys were super friendly and explained all the pricing to us. My boys had so much fun here. It wasn't too busy when we came on Sunday around 5:30 pm, and everything was clean and organized. This is an excellent place for a family night!

Oaktree bowling alley was way better before the change of ownership. My family has been coming here for years including my grandparents and parents. I brought my wife and kids here tonight for the first time in a while since we no longer live in the area. We are not impressed with their new policies or their manager Brent at all. I was told at the counter I had to pay for bowling shoes regardless of whether or not I wanted to wear them. This was fine and I agreed to pay for them. My problem with this formerly stellar establishment is that Brent the manager threatened to stop us from bowling if he saw us without the bowling shoes on. I mentioned that we would pay for the bowling shoes but wouldn’t wear them. What pissed me off is while we were at our lane we noticed about half of the other alleys were full of people bowling wearing their regular tennis shoes. My wife confronted Brent about this and he sarcastically asked if he should go and confront the rest of the bowling alley on her account. Awful customer service. I let my boys finish a round of bowling and took our food to go after letting his staff know that we were very disappointed with how were treated.

I've been going here for decades and they've upgraded everything!
- The displays are new and bright!
- The scoring is all done on a touch screen and you can even connect with the OpenLane app and change how everything looks on your TV.
*There's a camera that takes your picture to add to your name*
- Even the arcade looks brand new and they added an entrance near the front.

*All the balls are on one end of the alley by the Pro Shop, instead of them spread across the alley. It really opens up the space and I like how everything looks.
I'm glad they finally updated everything, I'll be back soon.

GREAT FUN PLACE !! EXCELLENT 03/18/23 celebrating my birthday. made reservartions in advance ! excellent customer service. A BIG THANK YOU TO "GABRIEL " He was the best helping us set up everything and he was super helpful!! at 1:30pm, tables were ready, food and everything , all the staff was just amazing. the place is nice.Very fun! They have it all also a great bar and good drinks. THE PIZZA IS SO GOOD AND TASTY!! My family and myself had a great time here bowling, this place is great to come with the family.

- super yummy pizza
- good prices
-perfect for birthday events!!! they take care of everything for you

Keep in mind they are doing a lot of remodeling to the place the game machines are not in service .

Old Pervert "DJ" on Saturday nights. Filming women & posting it. Forcing ppl in the bar to listen to his own "raps" & home made music. Not a vibe. Heard he does the same at a spot called Bowlium on Fridays.
