THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF MY LIFE!!!!! This company finds any excuse to not exchange products. No refunds ever AND then they blatantly refuse to exchange damaged products 4 days after the sale. Bought two pairs of sweats “on sale” for $25 each that BOTH developed holes within the first 2 days of wear. Called 4 days after purchase and they refused to exchange. First person said “it’s not our fault if you didn’t see the holes in it when you bought it.” Then the owner says “if it was ok when you bought it it’s not our fault if it developed holes after. Why did you wait until the 4th day?” I did have the receipt proving purchase date. This was the 2nd time they refused to do an exchange. First time I simply wanted to exchange for different size and I didn’t have receipt but still had tags and was told over the phone no problem. So I drove 40 minutes to Monterey from Santa Cruz to only be told no with with a major attitude from owner and treating me like I made up the prior phone call. This company should be out of business they treat their customers like trash.

No recomiendo este lugar para nada. NO ESTA CERRADO. Compramos el día de ayer y nos hicieron creer que pagamos con usd20 cuando habíamos pagado con usd100. Pedimos las cámaras para poder corroborar lo que pasó y fue imposible contactar al dueño para tener acceso a la filmación. De terror.
