I found this brand on a Reddit thread for baggu retailers. This one is local in la but I purchased online from az. It was sent and delivered so quickly and for so much cheaper than other retailers and the baggu website.

BEWARE. The worst customer service ever! I can not agree more with the former customer who gave this business only 1 star due to her experience.

First of all, they will not accept a request for a refund to the original method if you use a discount code. I used the welcome discount (10%) on my first order and later decided to return a few items that I did not want anymore. However, the only option that I can choose was getting a refund for store credit. This is not stated in their return policy. I've reached out for help, and the staff told me that since their team is so small, they had no time to add details about their policy. That's not an excuse! I would not have purchased anything if I knew this prior to my purchase. What's the point of charging a handling fee if you don't want to give a refund to the original method in first place?

Second, they sent me the wrong item. I requested a partial refund or reshipment, whichever is the fastest. They just sent me a shipping label and no details about the further step. I eventually had to file a dispute, and only then, they processed the refund, but it was the wrong amount. I reached out again for the additional refund, and they refunded me the wrong amount AGAIN! And I had to reach out again and again to get the second refund. I'm still waiting for another refund.

The entire process has been terrible. Once they take your money, they do not care at all. I'll never shop at the Offe Market.

This shop is a neighborhood gem! They have such great brand name pieces at amazing prices. Anytime I need a gift, offe market is my go-to! Good luck walking out without something for yourself too…

I love this store. They have cool stuff but twice now I’ve purchased an item (online) that ends up “oversold” and I miss out on something I wanted.

While it is a bummer, I can now also say that the customer service I received post-purchase was above and beyond what I expected. Offe Market reached out to attempt to make it right and addressed my concerns. I'm impressed with how they handled my disappointment and tried to make my shopping experience end on a positive note. I can say it's a success!

For that reason, I'm changing my review to 4 stars and hope to continue being a customer. It takes a lot for a brand/store to acknowledge areas of growth and also ensure customer satisfaction. It says a lot about the founder and her values.

A hidden gem of echo park. It’s the one place i want to gatekeep …. Buuuuut …. I want to be a girls girls soooo … GO! This place has amazing prices cool brands and the vibe is *chefs kiss. They have a dressing room in store so you can try on all your cool finds and The staff is so helpful and sweet! They literally made me feel so beautiful when i walked out the dressing room to look at the outfit i chose in a larger mirror.
