I am beyond irritated with this store. I purchased ink and one ream of paper for pick up. I received an email that the paper was ready but the ink had been canceled. I called the store on 10/23 and asked them to cancel the order because it was not worth the drive to pick up an $9.00 pack of paper. 10/24, the order still was not canceled; called Office Depot's customer service, spent 30 minutes on the phone, still could not cancel. Called the store and spoke with Kelly the same day; he told me the paper had been picked up. Wrong, I never picked it up. He told me he canceled the order and I would receive my money back. Still has not happened. At this point, I do not care about the paper, it isn't even worth my time anymore; it is all about principal now. I will NEVER do another online order with this store.

I had a fantastic experience at Office Depot today. I went in search of a chair but unfortunately, they didn’t have the color I wanted. In fact, the only chair available was in a color I disliked. Rather than simply telling me that I would have to purchase the chair in a color I disliked, Aidan, the associate, went above and beyond. He ordered the exact chair I wanted online and arranged for it to be delivered to my home by my desired date. Aidan’s willingness to go the extra mile is truly commendable. His exceptional customer service deserves recognition. I appreciated being treated like a human being rather than a transaction!

Purchased item275-833 3 hole punch for Dean Cemetery Association last year...Opened the box for the first time on Saturday to punch holes in bank statements for upcoming annual meeting, defective...it punched the holes off the edge of the paper .. The manager put a piece of card stock to punch...same results.. he admitted it was defective however he refused to exchange it for one that was working properly. Paid $23.42...he finally said he could give me a $5 refund...I did buy a more expensive hole punch (because Im not aware of another office supply store in my area) and had another clerk test it out before I left the store...decided not to purchase cemetery signage from them.asked the Manager for his name but didn't get it. asked the manager for his name

Deceptive pricing! Unless you have proof at checkout of the lower online pricing the store will ring up higher prices. The store rang up the full price when they were showing the item to be discounted 70% online. The store personnel will honor the discounted price if you have proof and challenge them.
