This review is not for the Store but for the Printing Department specially the "Manager" Edelbis Rodriguez. very unprofessional team!
I placed an online order yesterday, which stated at checkout it be ready to pick up today, they changed it to sunday pick up after receiving the order, and they dont want to finish it on time. so now i am stuck with my printing materials that I needed for today.

Over the years, there services has gotten bad. Their service is very slow. Especially the printing department. The employees need training in customer service on being courteous. There is no hello, one moment, I'll be right with you, they avoid eye contact as not not engage. The managers are very lazy. They do not come and help out when the printing area is full and in need of help.

Pretty simple…This place should close ASAP. I’m trying to understand what is more funny.. the short staff (literally 2 per) or the unprofessional and unethical they are… I arrived at the store at 6:50pm, the closing time is at 7:30pm on Monday and the guy told that the new police is that after 5pm they don’t print, they don’t copy or do any other task in the store…seriously. Please don’t do there!

Very slow and poor customer service. I waited at the counter for 20 minutes before even being greeted. Jennifer ignored me the entire time until I had to shout to get someone’s attention. I will be not be coming back and this location needs training on customer service.
