I was rushing to get a gift for my girlfriend in time for Christmas, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the store and its staff with their stellar apparel choices as well as their excellent and dedicated staff who helped my every need. I want to especially thank Sydney and Mia for helping me find a beautiful dress for my girlfriend who ended up absolutely loving it. I highly recommend this place for its great selection of products and its amazing staff. Will come back!

Terrible experience! I ordered two items online and only received one. When I went in person to handle the matter, I was refused a refund, and had no upper management to speak to directly . Store Staff claimed to have video footage of when my package was processed. However, never offered to show footage. I basically had to pay for the same dress again as last resort because I had nothing to wear for Thanksgiving. Recommend to at least never order online from this store again.

To add to this, the email and text message sent were during business hours while I was working (people work, it’s normal). It doesn’t change the fact that the alleged footage was never provided for me to view and not even offered. Again I had no upper management to speak to. When I walked into your store, the “help” I was offered was basically from two teenagers literally eating pizza as I walked in. Of course the dress is still not “found” on my end because it was never received. Unfortunately google does not give me the option to leave zero stars as a review. PSA DO NOT ORDER from here 👍🏻

Very disappointed. Low quality clothing at very high price tags. Not to mention they don’t even have a return policy. You’re stuck with a store credit until there’s something you like. In my case, waited almost a year. Bought some items recently including 2 bodysuits that I didn’t even realize were final sale. Didn’t even bother to try on because the fabric was very cheap for what I intended to wear them. The girl said sorry final sale, I ended up telling her to keep at the store because I had no use for them. Won’t buy here again. Overpriced! And implement a reasonable return policy.

I was very disappointed in this boutique. They have a beautiful Instagram with many gorgeous pieces. However, these pieces are not worth their very high price tag. These satin joggers (see pictures) have a beautiful print and are very soft, but there were loose threads all over, so the hems were not finished properly. This is before even washing it, I fear it may get worse after washing. There were other pieces that I returned in store because they didn’t fit (not the boutique’s fault at all). I understood that they did not actually issue refunds (which sucks but I accept as something being within their discretion) but I was shocked when they told me to choose between in-store credit or online credit, because the method I chose would not be honored if I chose to shop through the other method. If the credits are the boutique’s, I am not sure why they wouldn’t honor their own credits, regardless of their customers choosing to shop in-store or online or both. I was also disappointed I had to request a receipt of my return to ensure that my store credit was actually going to be issued. I was told my the store associates to simply wait until the store reopened on their next business day and then I should get it. All in all, their Instagram is very beautiful and I will be spending the store credits I get back for my return (if and when I get them), but once I’m done spending those credits I will not be shopping here again. I suggest you stay away if possible.

I’m 5”11 and slim. I’ve always had a hard time finding long enough pants. I bought two pairs of pants and was so happy that they were long enough for me. The top is also from OHM.

Absolutely love this store and has easily become one of my if not favorite go to store to go. The owner is extremely sweet and went above and beyond to making sure my order was ready stat for my upcoming trip. The girls in the store are the sweetest ever!

The store is absolutely gorgeous. My first time in the actual store since I mostly shop online due to time crunch.

If you’re in town or are a native and are looking for beautiful cloths I recommend this place. Awesome service and awesome material. Plus! They fit fantastic. Im curvy and I love how it fits on me.

I find it so hard to believe these negative comments about customer service… I emailed them while I was out of miami on an order I was suppose to pick up in person and asked for it to be delivered, within minutes I had my delivery invoice sent and my shirts were delivered literally the next day… I had my items at home waiting for me! I absolutely love this boutique. Every person I’ve met who works here is incredibly sweet. The clothes is stunning and I always get compliments whenever I wear there clothing. The quality of the clothing is also perfect. I am obsessed with this store and the girls that work there!
