Great shop with knowledgeable staff who listened to what I was saying I was interested in and made great suggestions. Loving my peach teach with low caffeine iced right now.

The containers are snug to keep the tea fresh but a 1 star review from someone because they couldn’t easily open some fantastic tea is wrong and disheartening. I am a weakling with medium fingernails and Ivan open just fine.

Also love that you can bring empty tins back!

Have only been in once and the product sold was not real Matcha, it’s very clearly ground green tea, and the employees, while extremely nice, weren’t knowledgeable which is a fault of the owner not providing quality products and training.

2 stars only because the employees were very friendly

The lids are a royal pain to open. So difficult that it's extremely easy and likely to spill the product everywhere. Very frustrating since they are so expensive and theke packaging is defective and cheaply made. for how expensive this place is they could afford buy better containers to store the teas for retail purchases. This isn't just with one container, its with all 6 i purchased and half my money spent is on the floor now. These even are difficult to open the after the intial opening. Such a pain, not worth the mess, money and stress. Never shopping here again. It's a scam marketing gimmick.

I went here yesterday and was completely drawn to this place. Their loose leaf tea selection is great! They have essential oils, tumbler's, and other wonderful things! If you are a first time here, I suggest getting the Bourbon Brew! Excellent and premium taste! A tin is $14 and we'll worth the price! Bring your tin back for a refill and get a $1 off! The girl who was working there was super nice and is knowledgeable about the company and the tea blends. I'll certainly be back!

This is the best tea I've ever had anywhere!!
I love visiting Flagstaff for hiking (I'm in greater PHX), and now I need to refill on tea here every time cause they are so delicious and unique - I'm drinking their "bourbon brew" rooibos tea right now.

I picked up some Old Barrel (Enchanted Lavender Earl Grey) at a farmers market over the summer and it was so good! Today I went to the shop to get some more, and we also picked up some delicious honey! The gal working the register was super sweet and helpful (so sorry I didn’t get her name!) and got us some honey and tea samples and gave recommendations and deals. We’ll be back next time we’re in Flag!

THE best place in Flagstaff! This tea shop is welcoming, friendly faces are there to help make a selection you'll like. I've tried teas I've never heard of, things I didn't think I'd like - I love! Oolong is amazing, roobios I've learned to adore. I super appreciate that they have a lot of caffeine free options for night time teas, they have low medium and high caffeine choices too.
Enchanted Lavender Earl Grey is one of my favorites for morning, Lavendersage Lemonade is hands down my favorite for night time no caffeine tea.
Their Golden Milk is the first I've ever had and it's wonderful. The Shroom Boom Cocoa is magnificent and I don't even like chocolate! I could drink it every single day!
This place is a gem in a small town, they know their stuff when it comes to tea and are always happy to help. LOVE this place!

If you've ever been to an actual tea House, the tea that I purchased here tasted exactly like I got it from a tea house. Now that's something that's hard to find actually! I've been drinking tea for 30 some years, the tea that I got here called "bourbon Brew" has got to be some of the greatest tea I've ever drank. The place is cozy, small and the prices are worth the tea that I grabbed. I'll definitely return, and they take a dollar off when you bring your tins back to refill which is wonderful. The customer service was great and even got some free tea samples. One of the better places in Flagstaff I would say.
