I've been hearing so much about how comfortable the masks are at Old Navy. Today they were on sale online. $7.50 for a five pack. I got two packs. They text me when my order was ready and then brought it to my at curbside.
I hate to shop so this was perfect for me. Great experience.

Great selection but the young lady wouldn't take no for an answer when I didn't want a old navy credit card. I don't like pushy associates like that. If I wanted one I would have done it a long time ago.

I went to Old Navy in Gadsden tonight and the store associates were extremely helpful. The prices are always reasonable but I do think the selection of cute shirts is limited. However, I do love their jeans and leggings. The leggings are a bit of a mess and need organized a bit better, but overall I would give them 4 stars for the customer service.

Wide selection of clothes for everyone. I'm a Clearance shopper. I was amazed by all the Clearance items they had. And the employees were super friendly. The manager was running the register when I checked out. If I could remember her name I'd give her "that a girl" 2 thumbs up. I do remember her saying she liked the shirt I had on and how hot it was, wishing the company would turn the AC on.

I took my mom to this store today and a young man, whose name I did not get, went out of his way to try to help her find the exact piece that she wanted. It wasn't in stock, but he tried hard and I really appreciate the work in trying to help an elderly customer.

After my horrible experience at the Old Navy in Oxford, I traveled over an hour and half to go to this Old Navy. Let me just say what a 180! The store manager herself was out on the floor working. Stopped to asked me if she could help, and spoke to my 5 yr old daughter. Continued through the store it was very neat and tidy. I got asked if I needed help(in a friendly manner) by every associate I passed. I even had a the manager tell me to come back if I could, and she would help me personally shop for certain looks! I have officially boycotted the Oxford store. The treatment I received at this store is definitely worth the drive. I beyond highly recommend this Old Navy. I will be back!!!

There are some great kids at this store. Got help finding my son some winter clothes and the wait wasn't bad.
The poor score goes to who I assume to be the manager. She yelled at a cashier from behind the line and then started pointing her finger and rolling her eyes. She looked like she was in a bad way, but there's a way to conduct yourself and that was not it. I'm sure the holidays are rough in retail, but everyone deserves respect.

They have awesome clothes and nice people working there. They have a lot of good sales, but just make sure you check your receipt. We had a couple of things that were marked 40% and 50% off that we paid full price for.
