Probably won't be back in this store. Employee was seemed nice but manager was very hateful.

My experience today at Old Navy at Foley disappointing due to the exceptionally poor customer service provided by the store worker. From the moment I entered, I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable. The workers seemed determined to kick me out rather than assist, which created a hostile environment.The worker had a pink shirt and was not only rude but also made derogatory comments and displayed disrespectful behavior towards me. The staff member's behavior was unprofessional and unwelcoming. Instead of providing assistance or maintaining a friendly demeanor, they were rude and dismissive. It's important for employees to understand that customer interactions, regardless of the timing, should be handled with patience and respect.
While I understand closing time can be stressful, it is not an excuse for poor customer service. Every customer deserves to be treated with courtesy and attentiveness. I hope that Old Navy takes steps to ensure that all staff members are trained to handle such situations more professionally in the future.

Lots of nice clothes to pick from. Got a bunch of new leggings, shorts, and one t-shirt! Employees were nice too. They have dressing rooms to try the clothes on.

Super large ‘drive up to the store’ retail center. I visited The Hey Dude Shoe Store. Ended up buying 4 pair of Hey Dudes! For the price of 2 at most retailers. Will probably make the 3.5 hour drive back to Foley, AL just to but some more. Sales associates were very informative and nice.

Good place lots to choose from in women's. Men's selection was kinda light. I did find a good deal. People were friendly.
