They did not use any high pressure sales tactics, and the purchase process was as easy as it could possibly be.

Drove two hours to buy a 2014 Mercedes Benz ML 350, met with the owner Neil, the car was as described but during the test drive the transmission slipped showing signs of an issue. When shared with Neil he was “understanding” and said he would get the car into service to evaluate. He didn’t want a deposit and as soon as the mechanic had an answer they would call. First thing the next day they called saying it was sold. Typical car dealer.
