Do not! I repeat do not! Buy food here to eat! Went in at 7:31pm on Sunday February 18, 2024. They had some fried chicken and my oldest son asked them how much for all the chicken that they had left over? Guy said $15 and my son agreed to buy it. Then both my sons went to the back of the store to do some more shopping. I stood in the front checking out the weapons display with my back turned away from the front counter. Lo and behold out of my peripheral vision, I caught the guy dropping all of the chicken on the floor. I kept my back turned to see how this would play out. When he proceeded to reach down he took his eyes off of me and I took a quick look to confirm that all the chicken was on the floor. I made sure to act like I didn’t see anything. My 2 sons then come up and put their things on the counter. I waited until the moment that my son pulled out his card to pay for his items to see if this man would have some type of conscience to say anything. Unfortunately he did not so I grabbed my son’s arm and said hold up. My son gave me a confused look and I then proceeded to tell the man that I saw him drop all the chicken! I then asked him was he really just going to sell my son chicken that fell on the floor? He said no that all the chicken did not fall on the floor. I then pointed to a chicken that was still on the floor that he obviously wasn’t quick enough to pick up. He tried to say that he had only dropped that one. I told him, no you dropped all of them and we don’t want it. He then asked my son and my son said no we don’t want it and we left without further incident. Yes I was disgusted, yes I was angry, yes I wanted to take action right then and there. Instead though, I will leave this review and go through the proper channels to make sure something is done about this disgusting person being employed there.

Update: I just contacted the department of health and filed a formal complaint.

I've been stopping by for food for 6+ years now. I used to go out of my way to eat lunch there . But lately with the new staff the food is so nasty I've thrown it out my last few visits. My corn dog tastes like burnt ash 1 bite and throw it away will not eat there ever again

Not sure why all these poor reviews. I stopped in Fri and the Fried Shrimp was THE BOMB!!! You get so many! And a side and a drink for cheap. If I could go every Fri I would.

Bathrooms not functional upon last visit. Takes EBT and sells vapes, beer, hot food. Doesn’t actually have a gas station. Only store option in 10 miles either direction.
