This business is absolutely terrible and the owner BILL is even worse! The employees that Iāve encountered today are terrible but yet again they are working at āonce upon a childā so yeah they arenāt going very far lol but the police were called on me and i was trespassed from this store all because i asked if the things they were telling me during my short time there if it can be reflected in a policy handbook. Delayna, Wendy, hunter and an unknown employee who refused to give her name SHAME ON YOU! I called and made sure to check their website before coming in to do a donation and I was told That they were closing the donation counter at 4 PM. I arrived at the store at 3 oāclock on the dot And as soon as I walked in the store, I was greeted by disgusted looks by those said employees as if what am I doing here and instead of a greeting, they immediately looked at me and said our donation counter is closed and I said I called before coming and you told me the donation counter will be closed at 4 PM and Iām here at three so once they realize that they had spoken to me over the phone and told me OK well, weāll take you but youāre going to have to wait in the store until weāre done with your donation there were tons of other donations ahead of me so I wouldāve been waiting there for hours keep in mind I was very nice and accommodating to them although they had very nasty attitude since I walked through in I asked them why is it that I have to wait in the store for my donations when your website says nothing about that and I even called ahead and asked that question and I was told no so why am I being told something different when Iām actually in the store Delayna , who said that sheās a manager and Wendy, who also identified herself as a manager said that because Iām here the counters close I would have to just wait and I asked them if theyāre able to produce that same explanation via policy handbook so I can see if thatās hand written policy or if thatās just them making things up to deter me from Staying so that they wouldnāt have to do their jobs. Wendy stepped in and explained the same thing that Delena explained which yet has not answered my question and I asked them are you able to produce this via written policy and they were Dumbfounded, so obviously they said no, but itās just what their owner bill said they can do. So I began to ask more questions keeping in mind Iām very respectful at this point just trying to seek answers for these made-up rules Wendy then tells me that I can leave, to which i reply did I say I want to leave? When the officer arrived Wendy decided to change her tune and say to me that she didnāt mean that i was to leave the store but i can wait in my car for donations to be done but according to her, she said, I took it the wrong way to which I replied as a manager. If you see a customer took what you said wrong you had ample opportunity to explain that you didnāt mean for me to leave and that you would not do business With me, but that I would have the opportunity to wait in my car until my donations were done, but she did not explain that to me and thatās something that a manager should have done! Of course she was silent because she knew I was right. But to sum it all up delayna said that sheās calling the police so I told her thatās fine. Iāll patiently wait. The police showed up and just let me know that Iām trespassed, but officer bell was such a sweetheart, and I just explained to her that this was not a case of A angry black woman just acting out in public, but it was just the fact that these employees hate their jobs and take it out on paying customers
The many many negative reviews on Google can back up what Iām saying. BILL Shame on you for having such terrible people work for you and seeing how many complaints they generate each and every week and still having them employed you wonāt have this business for long!
