We love this place and always find great clothes for a great price. The staff are very attentive and kind. They are very generous with prices and when you bring your used stuff in without tags they give you a wonderful amount of store credits they are so kind. Very budget friendly and understanding.

always a great experience! selling and buying. people complaining about the offers obviously do not understand of course they don't buy your item for what it's worth because they have to sell it for what it's worth to make a profit or else they aren't a profitable business and just a charity. anyway, i am always buying & selling stuff here. have gotten great items for my child that they love and are in great condition! their rewards system is great and can get a lot of items for super low prices! i highly recommend

Terrible, terrible experience! I drove a good amount of time to get this amazing sale they had going on, to walk out of the store with completely nothing but disappointment. As I get to the cashier with my 20 onsies/bodysuits, I was told that my items don’t qualify because they are T-shirts, which in FACT they were bodysuits. Name brand bodysuits such as Nike, adidas etc with three snaps between the leg bodysuits. Management tells me that it is advertised online that these items don’t qualify. Which I go ahead and check and I read nothing online that says if it is a name brand you are unable to purchase….she then says oh no through email it states it! More lies…
Alongside with me was my friend who drove with me and she purchased the deal. Literally right before me and with her bundle she as well had the same “tshirts” in there. (The Nike bodysuits that they considered to be tshirts) AND my sister came to the same exact store the day before and got the deal and her bodysuits were Nike etc as well! So now I’m super confused as to why I am Unable to purchase these bodysuits at the discount price.. I’m explaining to management everything but she continues to tell me lies and blame the workers who rang us up and my sister the day before. Still not giving me the bodysuits for the discounted price..poor customer service. Poor organization. The name brand bodysuits they have are marked at as high as 7.50 for one. Complete rip off when I can go to marshalls and get a 3 pack Nike UNUSED for 12.99 but I was told several times to come to once upon of Child for the extra savings.

FYI if you shop here, any bodysuit that is name brand it’s considered a T-shirt LOL.

I’ve gone to this location on multiple occasions, to sell items I no longer needed. They are way to nit picky about everything. Unless you just bought the item, and looking to resell for less than what you bought it for, I DONT recommend selling much here or attempting to. You’d have a much better chance selling your items on FB marketplace. This place doesn’t even deserve a one star rating in regards to bringing in items to sell.

Today was my third visit to this store and I always have the same experience with these girls. They are tired and stressed. They can't be more rude than they are. One of them was very harsh with my daughter for playing a game. If you don't like what you do, change jobs.

Zero stars. They are super rude and also bad customer service. It's already the third and last time I'll go, I don't recommend it to anyone. THEY MUST CHANGE THE ADMINISTRATION. Take 2 boxes full of clothes and different items to only receive 8 dollars. Today he told me that they were super busy and that the wait would be 6 hours. LIE, THE MESSAGE THAT MY THINGS WERE READY WAS AN HOUR. They waste your time.

The employees were nice beware when you sell clothes! They do NOT keep all of them they pick through what they want and give you the rest back. I wont ever sell to them again. I could have gotten more from the marketplace. Dont waste your time.

I had three brand new items ended up only selling one for a very unreasonable offer and they return one box tore up when it was in brand new condition pretty disrespectful. I have been going here for years this store has definitely gone downhill not worth the drive anymore !
