Went to buy some boots and other items on 06/21/2024, there was an older lady as attendant and she was rude, constantly harrasing us while shopping, and generally making us uncomfortable to the point that we had to leave!! I think the owner needs to take a look at this person and see if she is mentally fit to hold a job there!

That's the one! Don't even look for any other gift shops. This one has everything you might need and even more. Great bargain! There are clothes, keychains, sculptures, bags, knives, soaps and lotions, even matreshkas etc.

If you are looking for a gift shop while in Valdez, look no further. The collection in this shop is mind-blowing. The antique collection really stands out with amazing work from different artists. The owners of this shop are really amazing people, and they could give you more details on each antique piece they have. I could have easily spent 2 hours in this shop. Note that the antiques made of ivory could get expensive, but if you are thinking of buying one, you won't get a better price elsewhere. I wish this spot was more popular so that it could help the owners sell more stuff.

This is a hidden gem in Valdez! If someone is looking for gifts then this is the place that should be on their list, as the collection here is vast and includes amazing artistry work by the local artists. The owners have deep knowledge of Alaskan history and they are willing to share their knowledge and are very warm and hospitable !! We checked out multiple gift stores during our visit to Alaska and this one had the best collection that we found ! (Ofcourse we didn’t come out of the store empty handed 🙂 )

Great hidden gem of town, located near the post office this little store has a bit of everything, hunting and camp items to t-shirts. Jewelry and Alaskan edible treats. Great owners, very friendly and knowledgeable on local history. Some amazing Alaskan artworks can be found here.

Best gift shop in Valdez! Crammed from floor to ceiling with both necessities and unique items. Something for everyone, including many lovely and reasonably priced Alaskan native art pieces. You won't leave empty-handed!

It's cool. There's a lot of great stuff. Perfect tourist stop. I gotta be honest though I get claustrophobia in there because they pack a lot of stuff in. I would go check it out more often if it didn't make me anxious.
