Don't know what all the low ratings are about. I recently purchased about $2,000 in parts to get my Sequoia running again. Every part I ordered came in and was exactly everything I needed. Parts shipped fast and all OEM Toyota! My advice to prospective customers is to double or triple check each and every part number from other websites to make sure it is what you will be adding to your cart. Great pricing for OEM parts.

First and foremost, buyer beware. If I could give less than one star, I would. This company will go to great lengths in not assisting with defective parts returns. I purchased a catalytic converter that arrived defective due to manufacturing defects. I called and notified the same day and to date have had to go through the hurdles to try to get a replacement. No assistance on resolving this matter . Although this business has a BBB insignia on their website they are not BBB accredited. I had to contact my bank and seek assistance as I could not get a replacement part. Do not hassle look elsewhere for your Toyota parts needs.

I wish I had looked into this company more before ordering. I used their website to input my VIN, found what I thought was the correct part, when I went to install it was the wrong part. Of course they won't take it back even though it was unopened and it was their site that said the part was correct. Taking this to the consumer affairs division and state attorney's office. Rampant unacceptable deceptive practices, inaccurate website descriptions, bait and switch, and more.

The transaction, when ordering my part was somewhat shady. The shipping came up to $22.86 credit card for total was processed. HOWEVER, I received a second email stated thar FEDX needed an additional $43.00 for shipping. What the hell is going on OVER $60.00 to ship a box at weights 2.90 lbs.
Why wasn't the shipping cost accurate when the order was processed. Horrible customer service they don't care and give some lame excuse for the cost. From Arizona to Texas can't cost that much. I put in similar data in FEDX

terrible people. This company owns Toyotapartsdeal.com. They specified the wrong part number then refused to make a return because the package was opened. Who orders merchandise and doesn't open the package? These people are crooks!

Another "customer" that got scammed. They also go by
FordPartsGiant.com. They have no intention of taking care of the slightest problem, Plastic interior part was purchased to replace a degrading original part, the new replacement was already showing signs of decay, was instructed to take the part to a local mechanic and have them write up a diagnostic report stating the damage. This is nonsense, just replace the part. When I spoke to them about this I was hung up on my female ""manager".

I should have looked at their reviews first, as well as addresses etc. They are a complete fraud.

Do not use - they are liars! When you call and ask if a part is in inventory, they will say Yes, it is available to order. That does NOT MEAN IT IS IN INVENTORY - just that you can place an order for it. Bait and Switch. Liars. Phony business. I will be contacting the BBB.

First and foremost:
this company is in no way affiliated with any OEM....
Just fyi, I found that out after the fact.

Now on to the real issue
After a separate purchase, This vendor shipped and charged for parts that should not have been sent.
Contact with the vendor was less than helpful as they are rude, not concerned about the customer, nor correcting the issue.
They let me know there's nothing they would do to help. I could request a return when parts arrive.

The parts arrived, I requested a return the same day.
They said they would send me return authorization. They said return shipping is my problem they will not assist.

I found in the fine print of their return agreement, that they can and will refuse a return for any reason. I followed every step of their process to the letter.

The parts were returned. They said "they needed a week to inspect and make sure parts were not damaged".

Following up a week later, they outright told me they would not honor the return, but would not say why, then hung up on me.
Calling back, as soon as I get transferred to the returns department, the call gets disconnected... every time.
So I called with a different phone, I got through.
They said they would send me an email telling me why my return was rejected, but would not ship parts back.

I called, trying to reach someone for a week with no luck.
The parts were never installed, never opened, never removed from the original shipping packages, they were returned same day as "authorization" was given, they were tracked upon return, they were insured upon return, the return request was copied in duplicate, taped to the box, and slid inside the flap of the box, the box was then reinforced with extra packaging tape and cardboard.... all at my dime. They acknowledged the return was made, but refused to return my money, then refused to talk on the phone after.

I was out hundreds of dollars due to their scam. Ultimately the bank gave me my money back, and also closed my case with, insufficient evidence and communication from the vendor.

Save your money. Don't get scammed by these people. It's outright fraud, they need to be shut down!
