From the very first phone call, I could already tell the difference in their customer service. They were very polite, answered all my questions, and helped me find the perfect car. I was assisted by two salespeople: Max, who handled all the paperwork and financing process, and Chris, who showed me the car and went on the test drive with me.

I can honestly say I visited six dealerships in the Orlando area before choosing them, and it was the only place where I truly felt comfortable. Their honesty is something I didn’t find anywhere else. They showed me every detail, explained exactly what I was paying for, and when it was time to sign the paperwork, there were no unpleasant surprises — unlike other places I’ve been to.
