The service representatives have always been so helpful in answering all of our questions. Prices are low and reasonable, especially over the weekend! We have rented everything from Rv, pop up, to snow apparel and gloves. I would rate all of our experiences great!

It's a really good place to pick up rental gear, if you're looking to get outside for a weekend. I've rented one of their pop-up camper trailers, which was definitely showing it's age, but still a good deal. They have boats for rent, but plan on getting a safety course done before you're allowed to take one out. Check the rental list online, and call ahead. Reservations cannot be done over the phone, only in person.

Not very knowledgeable or helpful. I've been here several times for different things and they were never any real help. The brochures they referred me to from the back of the store are mostly outdated and irrelevant. In a few of the brouchures I got about wineries in the area, many of the places listed were out of business and permanently closed. It always feels like they don't want to take the time to help me so they would rather act like they don't know anything.
