These folks are the best! So knowledgeable, responsive, helpful and easy to work with. Everyone went out of their way, at every opportunity, to find the exact product I was looking for and to deliver it all the way to the Mendocino Coast in time for Thanksgiving, despite the crazy weather. I'm thrilled with my purchase (a glorious Kamado Joe BBQ). The whole transaction was a delight from start to finish. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Stuart, Betty and Max at Outdora have been terrific. I really can’t say enough positive things about them. I had a pizza oven that I had purchased from a different company and it was a defective but expensive piece of equipment. They bent over backwards to help me. They also helped me get a cover for it. In the end the defective oven was replaced with another oven and, once again, they helped me convert it to LP and set it up. Great people!

I ordered a beverage dispenser from Outdora. It was sold to me as a "Floor Model" but held, I was told, a full manufacturer's warranty. When the unit showed up, it was unable to refrigerate. Upon contacting Outdora, I was told I should deal with the manufacturer's warranty department. Eventually a technician was sent out to look at the unit, and it was discovered that not only had all of the refrigerant leaked out, but it was apparent to the technician that this was not the first time that this had happened. Apparently before the unit was sold to me, someone had already refilled the refrigerant loop.

The technician charge the refrigerant loop, and all worked well for a month or so, but eventually the refrigerant leaked out again. This time, when I called the manufacturer, they told me that unit had been previously owned before I bought it, and that it did not have a full warranty. I explained this to Stuart at Outdora. Stuart told me that Outdora would warrant the unit. Unfortunately, Stuart was unable to arrive at an agreement with the local service company, and weeks turned to months. Getting updated status from Stuart was fairly difficult...I would call Outdora, Stuart would be out, or busy and then not return the call.

Eventually, I paid for a company to come out and repair the beverage dispenser (it turned out to be a leak in the evaporator coil). I had registered my complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and they tried to reach out to Outdora. Their inquiries were left unresponded to, and so they withdrew their accreditation. Stuart did offer to sell me a new beverage dispenser at his cost if I agreed to recall my BBB complaint and other online reviews, although he would not buy back or refund the purchase price of the first beverage dispenser I purchased from Outdora.

All in all I found in my dealings with Outdora that they were dishonest with the representation of the unit to begin with as it was sold as a "floor model," not a return due to a leak in the refrigerant coil. I found it hard to communicate with them because they were rarely available and never returned phone calls. And, in my experience, they were insincere in their attempts to correct their outstanding issues. From reading other reviews online, it seems that these are common sentiments with regards to this business.

Outdora is a first class operation with excellent customer service. I got a lot of help from them for my Alfa Forni oven which was non-operational. They offered insightful suggestions and very quickly scheduled a service call. The service tech was professional and knowledgeable. Thank you!

One star is too many. Worst company I've ever dealt with. I'm 49! That's a bold statement. No wonder Amazon is taking over the world. On October 7th I ordered a fire pit that was in stock and after a number of days I had not received any order confirmation. Luckily Paypal had record of my order. I called Outdora and asked about my order and they explained that their confirmation system was down. Understandable. They confirmed that they had received my order and that it would arrive in another week. Not exactly Amazon. It eventually arrived and it was the wrong model! Again, things happen. When I contacted them on a Friday (2 weeks after my original order) they confirmed that they did indeed send me the wrong model (after I had to text images of the box, model number and open the box to confirm what was inside) and that the correct model would be shipped on Monday, along with returning the incorrect model. Now we're going on 6 weeks and I still don't have the fire pit I ordered. Maybe they know that it is now snowing in Kansas City and I don't have use for one.

Customer service will not return my emails or voice messages. Thanks for your help Mason and others. Btw, no one here answers the phone. I've tried 4 extensions during business hours including sales and customer service. Amazing.

Outdora, thanks for helping me let my son down. He was damned excited to roast s'mores and sit around the fire this fall. Maybe next year...if my fire pit arrives.

For weeks I have been told by Outdora that they are ordering parts for our grill and will have them in 1-2 weeks. Then I call and they take down my number to call me back since they are *so busy* and need to check the status of the parts, yet they never call me back. I would never trust them or recommend them. This has been going on for over a month now and all they did was fed me was lies.
