I had a fantastic experience with Josh when I needed computer repairs. My laptop suddenly stopped working, and I was worried about losing important files and data. Josh was incredibly professional and knowledgeable from the start. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained everything in a way I could easily understand.

What impressed me most was how fast and efficient he was. Not only did he repair my computer in record time, but he also made sure everything was running like new. My laptop works better than ever now, and he even gave me helpful tips to prevent future problems.

Josh went above and beyond, offering excellent customer service and making sure I was completely satisfied with the repairs. I can’t recommend him highly enough for anyone looking for reliable, expert computer help!

This was over a year ago but it has been eating at me so I have to leave a negative review which I would prefer not to do. Joshua told me if he was not able to replace my fan that he would not charge me. I drove 2 hrs to Bishop and he barely had it an hour and called me to pick it up. He said he broke it trying to open it up. He still charge me $60!!!. He also did not return the old fan in the box AS REQUESTED. I didn't realize it was not down in the case until later. HAD TO THROW IT IN THE TRASH! I want my $60 back! I see this guy as a serious amateur and do not recommend him to anyone for anything.

My Surface Pro charger stopped working on our first day up to Mammoth from out-of-town and I needed to get work done on each of our vacation days. There are no electronic stores in town that carried the type of charger for my laptop. Josh was quick to respond and provide a daily laptop rental for a reasonable price and was accommodating throughout the entire process.

we live in rural Nevada and had to drive 100 miles each way to drop our computer off and then to go pick up. it was so worth the drive. Josh was able to put in a new hard drive into our 9 year old pc and make it work like a new one again. he was also able to answer a few questions when we got home and fired it back up. very knowledgeable and friendly and easy to work with. excellent job!!

Josh cares about his clients. He followed up with us 12 days later to make sure we were happy, and that everything was running smoothly. our new solid state hard drive is making things run faster and we no longer have to defrag or optimize anymore. it's so quiet we don't even know it's on. highly recommended.

He came and figured out a major issue with my system and was even available on a later date to remote in and adjust a few other things for me.
