BEWARE!!! I recently TRIED to do an even exchange for a bigger size on some jeans I purchased online. As I was doing the exchange (the very nice and helpful employee) informed me I could not do an even exchange because these were on sale online and not in store. Okkaaaaay. So she helped me return them issued me a store credit in the amount of 51.00. She then offered to help place an online order in store to repurchase the jeans on sale in a bigger size. My new total was 66.78 a difference of 15.78 (which I paid with my debit card). Monday I check my.bank account and see they charged me the full amount of 66.78. I called the store the manager he directed me to the customer service. So PACSUN has placed a hold on my bank account for 66.78 till my order ships although they already have a store credit in the amount of 51.00. Then they will apply store credit and release 51.00 dollars from my bank.Very unfair practice for people on limited income such an inconvenience.

Excelente Servicios. Exceptional customer service and friendly attitude towards all of the customers and the associates are always friendly as well as helpful courteous and informative. Thank you very much for your help with my granddaughters selection of her tops to go with the shorts she picked out. $44.95 for the shorts and 2 tops for the price of 1.

Drove more than 45 minutes to this store but I didn't mind it because their jeans are some of my favorite. I walked in to an empty store and no acknowledgement, which I understood since only employee that seemed to be out in the floor was on a call. He was busy. After looking at their jean wall and picking some stuff out I walked towards the register where the employee was still on the phone and whispered if I could use one of their fitting rooms, before I could finish what I was saying he rolled his eyes, brushed me off, and started walking towards the fitting rooms - all while still being on the phone. Again, I didn't mind the no greeting part bc he seemed busy, but the pretentious eye roll came out of nowhere and made me want to leave w/o purchasing anything. Unfortunately, their jeans were the only reason I drove to the other side of town. What a waste of time and trip.
