I purchased over 20 dresses from this place, normally as a business owner I would not write a bad review to anyone however this is ridiculous… I took the dress in less than 30 minutes I realized there’s stains and holes in the dress. Took it back ask for a store credit, no money back. The manager told me they cannot take the dress back absolutely ridiculous very bad business.
I will never step foot in that store. I cannot even donate this dress to anyone $120 dollars waisted.

Was so happy to find this store. My wife needed a dress for New Year’s Eve - last minute and they had lots to pick from (even on NYE). As an old man I appreciated the sofa 😅 The ladies were very helpful and spoke Spanish as well as English. Prices were VERY reasonable. Thanks ladies!!

I absolutely love this store Palazzo Couture!! I always find beautiful and unique clothing here, the selection is so pretty. I always shop here for my party outfits or even something more casual.
The bathing suits 👙 are great quality and beautiful!
Also the costumer service is good, the girls that work there always help me with a smile on their faces.❤️

Best customer service! Really flexible with exchanges and then have A lot of varieties to pick out of. Very much would recommend this palazzo couture store at the Wellington mall!

What a joke this store is! They have a big didn't that says 50% off entire store and the sale prices are absurd! Will not be returning and would never recommend this store

They gave me a store credit 6 months ago and told me they didn't have a limit of time to use it. Today I tried to spend my credit but the manager said NO.!!! Why? Bad, bad, bad. I'm desapointed
