Called in for information about a permit on a property lady answer the phone acts like you are taking up her time with a bad tone and rude, also Frank not willing to help had no idea what I was talking about, come on man it's not nothing out of this world Iam asking for, bunch on lazy people, replace them with good customer care people that really want to be there.

This is the most place to get permits on the police is good not sure if it's only me but I fell the ladies on the desk are racist they act like it they where cops follow what I tell you or leave its ridicules I have never been on a place that I needed to get pertains and given this dad of a treatment
