Fast and friendly. I was accompanying my Dad on a shopping errand - it's my step mom's birthday and he was picking up a special charm from Pandora. Super easy and the sales person was very helpful, showing a few before my Dad picked the one he liked. I was sorely tempted to get one for my wife but opted against it. I have a small regret.

Honestly, so disappointing, I’m a loyal Pandora client. I have half of their rings, I came in with one of their bracelets, two of their rings.

And ended up going in for a separate issue, regarding two rings that My boyfriend bought, somehow they started irritating my finger, and made a huge red mark on my finger now. I went in there to see if they could exchange it, maybe get at least a credit for one ring. Honestly, anything I could do because I spent so much money, and my boyfriend alone spent so much money on these rings. They were extremely unhelpful, and continuously said there’s nothing they can do.

Went to browse and to look for some gift ideas. I was asked by a sale associate if I needed help and what was I looking for? I politely said just looking thanks. He proceeds to ask are you planning a buying something today? I said no I’m not I’m just looking. Long story short I couldn’t even look in peace he literally followed me everywhere I went that I just ended up leaving and couldn’t even browse for gift ideas. So annoying to have a sale associate breathing in your face while I was trying to look ahhhhh what a waste of trip to Pandora store. I will shop online and not have someone harass me next time. The Wellington mall Pandora is not a pleasant place to shop in.

Absolutely horrible. Tried out the customized pendant jewelry to give to my mom on Mother’s day. How embarrassing when my mom opens it today and couldn’t even read what it says. They didn’t even give me a chance to see it before wrapping it up and even then they should have seen it and re did it on how horrible it looks. I’m okay giving it a one star because the baby feet on the back look fine. This is the last time I shop at pandora but if you want to try it out please check before leaving the store to not waste your time going back.
UPDATE: I went to the store and they gave me a new one without hesitation. I loved how it came out. However this shouldn’t have happened in the first place.

Defective product. My husband purchased a Pandora Bracelet, as a Christmas gift a few years ago. The clasp broke almost immediately, simply putting it on. The Wellington Store replaced it. It broke again, simply putting it on. The Wellington Store replaced it and then it broke again. I have all of my receipts and brought them to the store to get yet another replacement. The managers Yesica and Cristy at Wellington store 218273 were kind, but the store policy was not to replace it even though there is clearly a defect with the clasp because we are now post one year after purchase. I asked to return the product and the policy was not to allow a return, 30 days post purchase, even when there product is defective. Purchasing another bracelet would not be wise, given the defective product. We invested additional money in charms. All is lost. Very disappointed with the poor customer service and policies from this company. They do not stand by their product and fix their mistakes. Will never purchase from them again. Defective Clasp. Beware!

Will not ever shop for this store. Purchased something expensive and wanted to return it because the person I gave it to does not like it. Brought it back with receipt and been told merchandise was scratched and I only can only get a gift card. I told them I don’t want to get a gift card and I did not scratch merchandise and was told hands are tied. Unacceptable and I would never go in there again.

I don’t usually do this, because I understand that anyone can have a bad day but this was very nonprofessional. Yesterday me and my boyfriend went to Pandora to buy a gift for his mom and take another offers too, when we got there this awesome lady call Barbara assisted us and help us with what we were looking for. Barbara was doing her work fantastic, what a great customer service and care of her clients. But this about the disrespect that I saw from another salesperson of the store, to her. Barbara was doing her job and this nasty girl named Jessica was embarrassing her in front of us, laughing and hurrying her. That was nonprofessional AT ALL. I love Pandora and the gifts were perfects. Thanks to Barbara and I really felt sorry for her no one deserves to work with coworkers like that.

I want to thank Eliah and Monica for helping me put together my first Pandora bracelet!!! Both times I visited this location I was helped right away and was greeted with enthusiasm and a smile! Eliah helped me during my first visit. She was so kind and patient with me even though I came in less than an hour before closing time. Monica helped me during my second visit and went above and beyond to customize my bracelet several different ways to see what I liked best. She is so talented, truly puts love into everything she does, and does whatever it takes to make her customers smile. Thank you so much to both Eliah and Monica for helping me create my first Pandora bracelet! I'm so emotional right now!
