I went to Pandora to get a birthday present for my best friend. I seen they did custom engravings on TikTok & that sold me. Soon as I walked in I was greeted my all 3 employees. This was my first time in Pandora & even seeing there merchandise. The Store was beautiful, merchandise was beautiful. I had I really great experience designing my best friend’s custom necklace. Elfego was the gentleman who was helping me, he was very knowledgeable of the products & he was very patient with me. He was friendly and funny, helped me pick out the perfect pieces. My only complaint is the pen they provide for you to draw on the iPad with is crap. I can draw, very well, but the pen was a piece of junk & the tip was very unsteady. I did the best I could with what I had. I did a custom drawing on one side, and then text on the other side. The custom engraved charm & necklace was a little on the pricey side but my best friend loved it. I took so long to review because my bestf keeps up with my reviews so I wanted to wait til afterward I gifted her. All in all 8/10 experience!

Rude and poor customer service. Purchased a charm online came to store to pick up. I was not allowed inside and had to wait outside. No one else was waiting. There were only 2 customers inside the store and 6 employees. I asked why do I have to wait outside and cannot come inside. I was told that the outside area was the pick up place (no sign) and the other 2 people were buying. So apparently it did not matter that I already purchased an item online, since I was not a current or potential customer! I asked for the customer service phone number and was told to find it online! Needless to say, I will NEVER return to this store again or recommend it to anyone!

Amazing customer service in this Pandora location, especially during the holidays, one of the busiest times of the year. They allowed time to shop without being rushed to get through the line of customers. They made great recommendations for my purchase and suggestions for future products.

I went in today to exchange my Pandora bracelet size I had purchased online. Gabby and Ashley were amazing. They were very patient and friendly. Just because they made my experience great I ended up leaving with 4 extra items. And upgraded my bracelet and just paid the difference. Good customer service makes a difference.

Went to Pandora today around 8:30pm to exchange a ring size and they didn’t let me get in line. I didn’t need to shop and look around, I just needed the same ring in a different size. It doesn’t take long and 30 min is plenty of time before 9pm when they close. This was informed to the rep in the front. I recommend you go to a different Pandora location

I’m never buying there again with there cheap ass jewelry got the warranty for them to tell me that I have to wait a year and can’t even fix my bracelet. The guy Who helped me the first time when I got my bracelet Ramses never told me about the one year after policy on the warranty. He told me if anything happens to it. I can come back anytime!!!! The lady that helped me today showed no empathy or couldn’t even do me a cleaning because it was holiday season and It was a Friday even though Thanksgiving and Christmas didn’t happen yet, very unsatisfied I purchased this bracelet two months ago don’t buy from here. The jewelry doesn’t even last it’s just advertisement save yourself some money.

I came on a Thursday night . Seemed a little busy and it looked like all the employees were waiting to engrave their customers jewelry which i found odd because there's no reason why they all need to just be around waiting for the machine there was about 4 people waiting to be helped. I had to wait for about 10 minutes . I've been to the pandora at disney downtown and never had to wait that long . Customer service was good though once helped his name was ramses and went out if his way to look for the size I was looking for kept a good attitude through out the service.

I believe was the manager who took care of me.
Since the first moment I stepped in she looked like she hated her job, no smile on her face at all the entire transaction, terrible attitude, terrible manners.
I already called corporation as soon I got out of there! A day before to this I went to the one in Delamo Hawthorne and it was the opposite!
Avoid this store unless you want to feel treated like you are asking for free stuff!!
