We are very dissatisfied with the service and management of the Wiregrass Mall Store. We purchased a product not even a week ago and it rusted. We came in to see what we could do or if we could get our money back due to us spending a lot of money on it just for it to rust in a week. We were treated very badly by the manager Jessica who said she could only due so much because the store was full when there were 3 people in the store. The Necklace rusted within a week of use!!

The costumer service at this location is absolutely terrible, I bought a ring back in January for my mom, went there to exchange and the bilingual lady, I assumed is Jessica, is absolutely rude and doesn’t have costumer service skills.

She claimed she “clean” my ring and let it worse than how I gave it to her. Avoid this location at all costs!

I purchased a bracelet as a Christmas gift online. It was too small. What should have been an even exchange turned out to be such a hassle. The item was still in the same box it arrived in, shining and new. The salesperson looked at it over and over as if it was used. She then measured it multiple times. Then looked at it again through a magnifying glass.then walked over to another person and asked her a question and she said yes. Then came back and measured it again. Once again looked at it closely and measured it again. Then walks to the back comes out and measures it again.Then she did the exchange and told me I owed .38 cents in taxes. Why would an even exchange charge me to pay tax on an item I already paid taxes for? I was very disappointed in Pandora for this. I always go to this store and have never had an issue with anything like this. I have made many exchanges there on items that were gifts and duplicates of ones I already had and even a bracelet that was too big. Never, ever has it been such a hassle. I even said something to the salesperson how disappointed I was in this even exchange and how long it took for her to do this. Making me feel like a was trying to pull one o er on her. It was really ridiculous and very unprofessional of the way she handle this issue from beginning to end. I walked out of there thinking, I don’t care how much I love Pandora, but really doubt I will be going back or purchasing anymore Pandora items again. I felt like I was treated as a thief. I spent thousands of dollars there in the past. It’s my go to gifts for family and friends.I will seriously be rethinking this option in the future.

From the previous reviews I'm assuming Jessica is the greasy, rude associate who doesn't wear a name badge. I walked in to a decently busy store and stood in line patiently. When I got to the register I was told I couldn't be helped with a simple pick up order. She was not only rude but also belittling as if I haven't picked up numerous items from this store directly. Tell her to fix her attitude or work in the back because she clearly doesn't have a shred of common courtesy or customer service.

The Wiregrass location is terrible. Customer service is non existent. My daughter bought me a ring 5 days ago. It is too small so I brought it to the store to exchange it. The manager told me she could not exchange it because it has been worn . The ring does not fit- how did I wear it enough to damage it if it doesn’t fit? The ring was sold from the case, my daughter didn’t realize she had to check it for damage when it was taken out of the case and put in the box. Called customer service, waited an hour, no one answered.

The customer service at this location is absolutely terrible! Normally, I’m patient, but I do follow instructions. I signed in on the sheet, and the representative completely ignored it, choosing to assist someone else instead. When I asked if the sign-in sheet was no longer being used, I was met with a dismissive response, claiming they just had a quick question with that customer. By the time I left, they were still helping the same person! What’s the point of a sign-in sheet if it’s not going to be followed? No one even bothered to greet me when I walked in. I’ll be finding another location or, at the very least, hoping for better staff.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE AND PICK UP HERE. YOU STILL WAIT IN A LONG LINE WITH THE OTHER IN-STORE SHOPPERS. YOU WONT SAVE TIME. GO TO BRANDON THEY HAVE SEPARATE LINES FOR ONLINE PICK UP AND IN-STORE SHOPPERS. INCOMPETENT MANAGEMENT AND STAFFS!!
I ordered online to avoid the wait at the store. But in WIREGRASS MALL, they don’t have a separate wait line for store shoppers. So you spend shopping online and wait for 2 hours to pick up. Then wait again at their store to pickup the order along with people who are not decided what to get. This makes your wait line so inefficient. I went in at 8:10. Been waiting for 50 minutes. This is a complete waste of time. Never shopping here again!!!!

if i could give no stars i would. my girlfriend gifted me a sparkling heart set for christmas and the cheap material of the necklace broke. i googled if pandora does repairs and replacements and it said they do replacements with proof of the purchase or if you get a warranty. nobody is going to pay extra $7.99 for glorified costume jewelry but if you’re planning on getting attached to any jewelry from here that somebody gets you , get the pointless warranty. they told me they couldn’t do anything for me because my necklace didn’t break at the clasp. yeah no , the cheap thing snapped in half while i was just sitting there scratching my neck. it didn’t even hook on anything. it straight fell off into my hand like a spaghetti noodle. i was heart broken. We decide we will just pay for one. the young lady that doesn’t seem so bright said the necklace was $95 and at check out it was $104. an $11 tax is crazy. yall need help. failing company.
