DO NOT choose this lot! I felt so scammed by this place. Ridiculous hidden costs. It was initially advertised as &11.99 a day, I ended up paying over $100 for a 2 day stay. When I pushed back on all the fees, they continued to tell me that I should have read the details in the contract. Here are a couple gems from the "contract": It is advertised as having a free shuttle. But that's only if you stay over 2 days. They warn that there is a cost for oversized vehicles. Guess what? My small hatchback is considered a "mini" SUV. This is just the tip of the iceberg on my horrible experience. They are shameless, and attempt every trick to increase your bill. Again, DO NOT PARK HERE!

DO NOT DO IT! this is a ripe off company. They charged me $140 for 2 days of parking. The office look like a crack house, they was Very rude. Then when I landed at the airport told me it will be a 20min wait for them to pick me up, and their 5 min away. And it's a Sunday at 10:30 am so there was no traffic. They deserve a -5 stars save your money park someplace else.

Lots of negative reviews here, but my experience was largely positive.
Yes, there are up charges, even for small SUVs, and for being late, and yes you need to leave your keys--but these are all clearly stated on the website.
Upon returning, I called the number after collecting our luggage and the driver (very courteous) picked us up in 10 minutes (just before rush hour in NY).
The car was waiting for us, all warmed up...on a frigid February day.

We parked my Volvo truck there last week. We have been calling every day to speak to a manager. They damaged my front end of my suv. They never notified us of the damage that occurred. We have been trying to reach them since we picked up, the truck this is very upsetting. We were directed to their website by one of the workers to file a email or complaint and unfortunately nothings on the website that we could find. Zero Help!!! I hope that they read my review and contact us.

!!!DON'T PARK HERE!!! What a scam. You don’t know until you get there that your pick-up truck is going to be $20 more a day and by then they’ve got you and it’s too late to back out. Took forever, made us miss our flight. same guy who checked us in was our shuttle driver and locked the gate behind him, but left our vehicles unattended and unlocked. Put us in a freezing shuttle. When we returned, our red charging cord was stolen. Worst experience ever. Wish we could pick ZERO stars. this place should be investigated.

Beware SCAM. Got asked to pay extra for SUV (was not indicated anywhere on Way.com app). Asked to pay via Zelle as credit card reader not working. Security deposit was never returned. Upon arrival they said their shuttle has mechanical issue and i need to pay first Uber myself to get to lot. Shady office trailer and overworked staff. Zero star rating for this scam

Deceitful, Unreliable, and Not Worth the Hassle DO NOT PARK HERE.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with this parking company, and I would not recommend them to anyone. They are deceitful, dismissive, and have terrible communication regarding their policies and fees. What seemed like a good deal upfront turned out to be a disaster, as they hit us with unexpected fees and charges at the end.

Upon arriving at the parking lot, we were told it would only be 10 minutes before we could leave for the airport, but we ended up waiting 40 minutes. Several other couples were also delayed, and shared that they were frustrated about being overcharged as well. We drive a smaller car, but they charged us more than expected “SUV fee”, as well as adding extra parking fees that were never mentioned.

The return trip was even worse. We called the company when we landed, and although they claimed the park-and-ride was only 7 minutes away. They didn’t come for AN HOUR so we had to take a taxi.

Save yourself the time, frustration, and surprise fees. It’s absolutely not worth it. Choose a different parking service and spare yourself the headache.

One star is being generous. Be careful of the fine print when booking this ripoff parking site. Read everything very carefully before payment. Upon arrival at the location I was informed that my small Fiat 500 was considered an SUV and $5 extra per day was added to my bill. A late checkout charge was added and I was told it would be refunded if I "was not" late. I paid by credit card and 4% was added, no warning given, I also had to allow a photo be taken of my license. Pickup at the terminal took 40 minutes after my first call. The only bright spot was the very courteous and helpful driver. Stay away from this parking service, it's not worth the aggravation.
