Placed an order online for pickup for several 36inch hoops online, came in to pick them up and they gave me 30inch hoops and I showed them my receipt clearly stating the size of the hoop and they told me that’s not what I paid for and argued with me for 10 minutes even after I showed them the receipt and physically compared the 30 and 36 inch hoops for size to coincide with the receipt and online purchasing options. then they told me to go stand over by the hula hoops and someone would help me exchange them but no one ever came. Eventually went back to register, had the Sam discussion with a second person and asked her for a refund. So she sent me to get in a long line of people and wait for the next available cashier to help me. Employees not only have terrible customer service, they clearly don’t know how measurements work.

These people are very helpful and friendly. The only problem is that they are understaffed . The store has plenty of different varieties of decorations for many occasions. I bought my husband's 60th birthday party supplies there. Love em. Give them a try. The balloons are the tip off.

Was at this store today and had an interest encounter . not sure if you guys have LP in the building that’s not in uniform , but if you guys do training needs to take place . I had already paid for all my stuff and I’m waiting for balloons to be inflated and put on a stick and this guy is following me as I am waiting by the candy area with my son , with Receipt and bag in my hand. Wouldn’t move and standing right behind us the whole time we were waiting for the balloons. Either get more employees to ensure guests don’t wait for stuff too long or provide better training.
