120 miles drive to closed doors. New hours 9 to 5 it's 2. Have been a costumer since opening always looked forward to shop the great meats offered. Since the fire empty shelves and hardly any meats. Will be ordering from other butchers and having shipped to me. What a shame they just don't care.

Used to be my go to butcher. Went this weekend only to find empty shelves. Only fresh meat was a small selection of bacon and a few sausages. One frozen butt. No cheese. Very sad to see what has happened. Very sad.

Don't know what happened but there is nothing in the store, no fresh meat (now frozen packages-maybe), almost no cheese. All former employees are gone. Customer service not as good. Like store has been sold to someone else. Doesn't matter what day you go store is empty! I've been going here for meats and cheese better part of 10 years, not sure I'm going back after today's visit!

It’s the thirs time i came this week and it’s still closed. You need to put in goolge maps or any other app, you are gonna close for a period of time. Very sad.

Use to love this place for the variety of meats and cheeses they had. I've stopped in several times for roast beef, and every single time, they didn't have it. This last time, they not only didn't have roast beef but also the white Vermont cheese and bone in pork chops. Not to mention the staff is very snobby. Very disappointing. I won't be returning.

Incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Their customer service is a breath of fresh air in this current climate of people just not caring about their jobs. Not only that but I really enjoyed their current selection, I’m looking forward to them expanding more in the future as they continue to grow. Other favourable points to mention: the building has no odour, it’s very well maintained and the workers are clean. Thank you Jillian for all your help today, I’m looking forward to coming back as a regular!
