When you think about the South a few things come to mind but one for me is Peach Cobbler so me and my cousin went to The Peach Cobbler Factory over in Trussville, AL and decided to have an experience of a life time!

First of all I really enjoyed how it looked from the outside very approachable and the inside was nice bright and calming very welcoming. Staff was great as well very patient with everyone. The stores was full of people and yet orders were coming out very fast!

The Peach Cobbler itself was very good and very sweet. I really enjoyed this however my only grip was that I think they use molasses which you can probably tell from how dark it is and I'm not a big fan of molasses because it gives off a burnt flavor to me which I know most people are okay with. However they do give you a scoop of Vanilla ice cream which when paired with the cobbler you do not taste the burnt flavor at all. They even give you the scoop of ice cream topped with cinnamon sugar. The Peach Cobbler alone 8.5/10 but with the ice cream 9/10

I also got a Cinnamon Roll and yall this was hands down the best Cinnamon Roll I have ever had. It was soft and the icing was legit perfect I really can't even explain it. Like you know how something is just so good you have to stop eating and then just laugh? Well that was literally me. I honestly can't say anything else but simply 10/10!

The whole experience was great. I highly recommend you come here and this is coming from someone who doesn't really care for eating sweets. This place should be flooded with people day and night. They also have brownies, cookies, churros, and a few other things I plan to go back and try.

Side note: sorry for dark pictures it was dark outside and we tried everything in the car.

Another side note: all the cobblers come with ice cream but you can ask them to not give it to you. My cousin did because he doesn't like ice cream so they didn't give it to him. Also everything but the ice cream is served warm.

I was able to try the peach cobbler around 915 p.m. and the cobblers and pudding were good. Not Grandma's recipe but close enough.i got the dessert flight which includes mini sizes of their cobblers and pudding. The only negative is the wait when you first come in to order, but the cashier was really nice. I highly recommend the bourbon pecan cobbler and they have an app where you can accrue points for free desserts!

I wanted to like this place. I stopped in and got a chocolate chocolate chip brownie. I wish I would have tasted it before I left the store because I would have gave it back and requested a refund. This was the hardest brownie I ever had in my life. I literally had to cut it with a real knife. They masked the lack of freshness by piling whipped cream on top, but it did nothing for that brownie. From what I can tell had the brownie been fresh, it would have tasted good. If they can work on the freshness of the food they serve, then they have potential. Customer service was lacking, the girl at the front was sitting on a chair going through receipts and didn’t take our order until she was done. Almost a full two minutes from the time we walked in. After spending 25.00, I expected more. I’m on the fence about revisiting.

The customer service was awesome. I waited approximately 15 to 20 minutes but it was worth the wait. I ordered a peanut butter cookie of all things ?. That was one of the best peanut butter cookies I’ve had in months. The cookies are huge!!! Great experience & even better desserts thanks I’ll be back!!!!

Ordered to-go with my family because we knew we wouldn’t be finishing as we had just eaten dinner and weren’t too hungry. However, we wanted to sit and try it first before we left because we were eager to share what we had all got. The cashier came up to us and asked us to leave because we ordered the items to-go. We explained that we just wanted to try it first and then go but they asked us to leave instead. The cashier explained she had been getting in trouble all day for people staying after to-go orders. We ended up getting the manager and she explained that they don’t want people getting to-go and then wasting a bag and killing a tree by staying. I explained to her that we knew we weren’t going to be able to finish them, we just wanted to have a bite or two before going home to try them out. We would have needed the bag either way. We ended up still having to leave. There was an open table behind us and no one waiting for a table either. I would understand if they were busy with the limited seating, but that wasn’t the case. It is a bit ridiculous and I don’t really agree with how they handled the situation. The food was also subpar, especially for the price. I can’t say I can recommend here.

Went today and it was empty. Ordered a Apple cobbler and churro with strawberry dip. Paid $18 dollars. We wanted it to eat there, but she gave it to us to go. Did not have any water and when i asked for two spoons, she said they had to save their spoons for other customers The place was empty! The apple cobbler tasted bad and the ice cream was hard as a rock. I was afraid my only spoon was going to break trying to scrap the ice cream out of the cup to put it on the cobbler. The lady stayed in the back the whole time. For the price, it was a bad experience
