Ukiah's Pear Tree Center is the best strip mall in all of Mendocino Co.
Not "Big Box".
Sorta "Medium Box" stores with a small town vibe.

The mural is really pretty. There is some nice sitting area with trees and stuff in the corner with the shops.

Pear tree center has in my opinion the best Mexican restaurant in the town of Ukiah. Super Taco. I would recommend it to anyone that likes Mexican food. That's why I go to pear tree center. Also the bus stop is there

I think that was the day I went to the Redwood credit Union and waited in line for 20 minutes to change out 2 twenties for smaller bills. The line was very long and everybody took a really long time at the windows. Only a few of the windows were open. All of the windows should have been open. I'm sorry to say I can't recommend the redwood credit union. It is always a long wait there now.?

Lots of different stores/shops. Ross Department Store. Maurice's clothing store. Big5 Sporting Goods. Baskin Robin's. Sally's. Luckys. There is a bank/atm, nail salon, shoe store, Mexican restaurant, Subway. Jcpenney. Kohl's. Chipotle. And behind the shopping center is Home Depot. Lots of shopping options for a variety of things.

I usually go here for the Chinese Food it's pretty good & the prices are good enough. Sometimes we go to the Mexican Food restaurant it's good but the prices are kinda high. There's also a Baskin Robin's here which is nice ice cream is always good even in the winter! They have a few other nice shops here some are pricy & some are decent it depends on where you go, it's a nice shopping center, they have a little bit of everything.

Not much good to report about the maintenance of the shopping center, as the owners obviously don't care to do upkeep. However there are good deals to be found here, and a few local businesses. If you're interested the toy store is one of the best in the county
