I was fortunate enough to get an electric bicycle from Pedego. Their customer service in the store was very personalized and professional. Then when the bike was delivered, Jeff spent twenty or so minutes with us going over all of the features, how to remove the battery and recharge, how to put air in the tires, etc. He was very comprehensive!

Highly recommended if you are a newbie to the electric bike world!

This dealer is fantastic. We purchased 2 e bikes last year and the sales and service are excellent. The owners are there working and handle every issue or question. We love our bikes!!! We just bought an etrike over the phone yesterday and Sharon, one of the owners, just gets everything done with efficiency and great service. I won't take our bikes anywhere else.
