The last review was when Richie was working at this location. My check engine light keeps coming on when I hit about 60mph, first the traction control beeps. I was told by Dustin that a hose came off that they put it back on. There is no charge. They claim it fixed the problem. That hose was in 1 week ago, and this has been happening over a year. It was not the problem, I'm not sure it was even off. I was charged 117.00. $10.00 misc fee. When questioning and explaining again what the problem was, I was told I paid the diagnosis fee, and when it comes back on bring it back. Not a chance in hell would I trust them. My paperwork shows only a diagnostic fee and misc charge. Nothing about what they did. I called about a refund so I could take it to Richie, who is now at Waterford Lakes location. Dustin said if the light comes back on, I'm sure it will. Bring it back, and they would fix it again. I said I wanted a refund and will take it to Richie so it would be fixed correctly, and I won't get ripped off again. This place has gone downhill since Richie left. Take your vehicle to Waterford Lakes. No headaches, no lies.
Update: The engine light did come back on, I was refunded by Rodger, who was very nice and professional. I appreciated him. Took my car to Waterford Lakes and was very happy with Richie and Clayton.

DO NOT GO THERE FOR ANY WORK ESPECIALLY ANYTHING THAT REQUIRES THEM TO TAKE APART YOUR INTERIOR

I've had some time to cool off (2 Months) so I'm now writing my review when I'm more calm. I was sent to this store by the area manager to fix/ find an AC issue that another Pep Boys (Avalon Park-started dealing with them on December 30, 2023) wasn't able to find. I was being extremely patient. It took them over 4 days to find the issue. They found and fixed the issue, but..... ruined several parts of my interior (air bag side panels left loose where they were hanging off exposing my airbags, interior trim put on extremely poorly where they were also hanging, scratches and dents where my shifter is) stained the fabric in my car, had dirty foot prints and hand prints all over, stained my rugs on the front passenger side, broke led lights I installed myself inside my car, and tore up my steering wheel cover.
The guy who assisted in taking apart my dash and putting it together was upset. I was pointing out these issues and pretty much said that it was the best he could do. The manager acknowledged it but seemed a tad annoyed. They gave me my car back dirty, and along with all these issues in my interior, I thought I would just walk away. The fact that it was handed to me like that to begin with was crazy.

The manager stated she would have them replace the interior door trim, replace the airbag side panels that were broken, replace the part that was scratched up where my shifter was, give me money to replace my torn up steering wheel cover and led lights that were broken, and replace the interior roof cover that was stained.

They took my car back for the 3rd time here to "fix" what they damaged. I was given my car back and guess what? They replaced the door trim but it was put on extremely poorly, where I was able to physically pull it off, replaced the air bag panels but they again were not put in correctly and you can clearly see the space between them and are loose (added new stains to them, which puzzles me) never received the money to replace the torn steering wheel cover and LED lights, and they did not replace the interior roof cover with the stained and ruined fabric because it was a body shop job and I would need to speak with the area manager for this. Guess who ignored me after advising him that things were still not fixed? You guessed it, one of the area managers Jody Parker, which honestly, I don't even know if he works with Pep Boys anymore. All this to say.... I better hear something from Pep Boys really soon about the damages still that have yet to be fixed. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO ANY PEP BOYS. Photos included are before and after I got my car back "fixed" and you can pick which one is which 🙂

I came first thing in the morning with no appointment and was able to leave the same day. I needed to replace 3 of my tires that had pretty bad wear and tear, not to mention all three tires had nails in them. The guys at this location not only replace all four of my tires but did it in such a timely matter. Everyone was super helpful, answering all my questions and concerns on the kind of work being done to my car. Beside getting my tires replaced, I also got my regular maintenance done. The price was more than reasonable for all work I got done to my car. Will be coming back here if I run into any car trouble. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

I brought my vehicle in for an alignment and Joel was wonderful. He didn't pressure me in to anything extra, he was very knowledgeable, and great to work with. I will be back there for any future work that my vehicle may need.
