Got a flat just outside of Bishop. It was due to a misalignment which ate up the inside treads on both front tires. BMW M4.

Got a great price on new tires. Told us it would take 30 mins. We were back on the road in 20.

Outstanding service. I had a leak in one tire on my vacation trip. Other places I called said they might be able to fit me in. I stopped at Perez tires. Someone came out with a jack immediately, found the puncture, checked and was able to patch the tire. Very reasonable price and this allowed me to be on my way in 15 minutes.

They had the two tires that I needed for our Tesla Model Y. I called around everywhere and nobody else was picking up their phones and the last shop I called referred me to this place. They replaced my tires so fast I was only there for 30 minutes. Exceptional work and the price was reasonable. I appreciate them very much. They are an honest, hard working shop. Thank you!

Sunday 11:08 AM. I hit a curb in Bishop and literally blew my tire out. Call AAA, while I was on the phone with them I googled Tire Service in Bishop. And Perez tires popped up. Soon as I got off the phone with AAA I called, Alex was who spoke to me, told him my tire size, he had it in stock!

Tow truck arrived with in 18 minutes, towed me the short distance of three blocks, lol , No way I was gonna drive on my rim, by the way I was on my way to the Northwestern territories in Canada.

The tire was on less than 10 minutes. Tire pressure checked on all four tires! I have never had a totally destroyed tire, a toe, and Service in under an hour.

I do not understand why this place does not have a five star rating. It was the most efficient car care place I have ever been in my 63 years on this planet. Everyone knew their job, the place was incredibly clean. Sure, it was a mechanic shop, nothing near fancy, but the toilet was clean, simple yet very cool lobby where me and my French bulldog could said while work was being performed., and service was stellar.

I wish the best for everyone who helped us. And will never have enough words To adequately explain my gratitude.

Great people. I had to get tires for my Tesla MX, nobody in Mammoth had the tires in stock but luckily these guys had them in stock and were able to install on a Sunday when everyone else was closed. Saved the trip to mammoth.

The ship guy offered $125 each for tires. I asked if I bought 3 if he would give me one free. He said no but he would sell me 4 for $400. I said do it on a verbal agreement. When they were done he walked into the office and charged me $500. I asked to correct the price based on our agreement. He said he only offered the tires at $125 each and he called me a liar. Furthermore, the tires were all inflated to over 40 psi. They should have been inflated to only 32psi. Over inflating like they would have balded the tires in the center tread voided the warranty. I was just moving to the area. I guess he thought he could scam a passer through. Crappy service from him and a bunch of nonenglish speaking Hispanics. I will never go back.
