Excellent customer service. The food was delicious. However, I thought it could’ve been a little bit more on the warm side. During our visit we ordered the following: Big Country skill, Blueberry pancakes with scrambled eggs, Strawberry cheese crisp, Bacon, pancake, egg combo.

The food was okay. We had a new server, Kristen, and a new manager, Britney. Both ladies were very patient and professional. Our meal didn't come out the right way at first, but the ladies did their best to fix it☺️

My wife and I came in yesterday and greeted right away by the Manager Rachel. Lisa was our server,she gave the best service. Food absolutely delicious. We both had the Mag 7 with coffee. The coffee is always hot and cups are always full. On our way to check out we met the kitchen manager Heidi she was helping cash people out, She was very polite and offered us some deserts to go.. Reason why we love coming to this Perkins. Always nice and friendly staff.

The stake an cheese skillet was absolutely delicious! It was cooked to perfection just how I asked. The waitress was lovely an so sweet, not having to wait long for our food or drinks. It was super clean!

I was unhappy with our last two visits at this location. The service is slow, and the food has declined in the last five months.
We was there on Friday and the service was slow . Our order was taken and I ordered the Chicken Hibachi and requested that it not be served on the cast iron skillet because the last time I ordered this idem there a strong nasty taste of rusty metal that showed up in the food, and It was very unpleasant. I ask for it to please be served on a glass plate , and please make sure it was hot.
My dinner was served on a platter and the veggies were only Luke warm and the bed of rice was in large clumps and was cold.
My husband ordered the salmon plate. The thin end piece was OK , but when he got to the thicker part of the fish, it was raw and smelly. we both got sick early Friday morning with throwing up and diarrhea that lasted through Saturday.
It is not the Perkins it use to be , and Sorry to say, this is out last time dinning there .

I had an absolutely terrible experience at Perkins in DeLand, FL, thanks to the manager, Julie. From the moment we walked in, she was rude and unwelcoming, setting a sour tone for the whole visit. Our waiter, Tiffany, was amazing—friendly, attentive, and doing her best to help us. But Julie stepped in and told her to stop assisting us, directing her to another table instead. It was ridiculous and made us feel like we didn’t matter. Tiffany was great, but Julie’s attitude and interference ruined the experience. I won’t be coming back anytime soon.
