I am so happy that I called Perkins in Vero, I was in distress and needed nebulizer, Martha was so helpful and compassionate to me. Within 30 to 40 minutes, Cory delivered to my house, he came in and set it up and even showed me how to use it. They really saved me and ate my heros. Thank you,thank you thank you!@

Shoutout to Mike at the location near the hospital—this guy is amazing. Seriously, it’s like he has a doctorate in customer service.

Mike took the time to really listen to what I needed for my CPAP therapy (and trust me, I had a lot of questions). He was patient, super knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor. He even made the whole process kinda fun, which is not something you usually say about CPAP supplies.

Mike’s help was a real breath of fresh air—literally! If you need anything for CPAP therapy or any other medical supplies, go see Mike. You’ll get what you need and maybe even leave with a smile. Highly recommend!

Very poor customer service. Literally shut the door in my wife’s face as she was in the store at 4:50 stepped outside to make a call to our insurance company because of having our 2 year old grandson with her and not wanting to disrupt others while she was waiting. Will never use them again.

Edited for owners response: Thank you for responding. No one ever informed my wife that your employee worked until only 5 since the store is open until 5:30. We are normal people and would have completely understood. There’s much more to life than just work. My wife could have just stayed in the store and made the call to the insurance company but was trying to be courteous to your employees and other customers due to 2 year old grandson. When she approached the door to see if we could purchase the medical device needed your employee had a very poor attitude. It’s not like she was not in the store for the precious 30 minutes.

Additionally, I was never put on the call list for supplies being auto reordered every 3 months. In fact, I had no idea that this was an option when I purchased my medical equipment from your company. Had I known this, since my $5000 deductible was satisfied last year, I could have received 2 of the medical devices for a 10% copay instead of the $258/each insurance charge to get the item.

You have my number. Feel free to call me. I called this morning and let your associate know I would not need the item. We are not upset someone had to go home. We are upset because it was 5:31 and my wife had been there for 45 minutes previously and there was a ā€œsorry, not sorryā€ by your representative. We appreciated Tasha’s help and assistance and need to go home. People have families. How long would it have take to ring up the item? Out the door I. Less than 5 minutes.

The staff here is beyond compare! I walked in there today for assistance with my blind cane and some other supplies and was helped promptly. The store did not have what I needed in stock, the employee went above and beyond to contact various resources to reach out to get the help I need it. Even found out what my insurance would and would not cover for me! It was exemplary service for sure! I will definitely be back!

I made the mistake of buying a power lift recliner from this location. I started having problems almost immediately.
The 1st one turned out to be an easy fix by reprogramming the remote, but it took me 2 phone calls and 4 days to make it happen.
The 2nd, more serious problem, occurred the very next day. I was home alone reclined my new chair watching tv.
When it was time to get up, the chair would not go back into an upright position as the remote wasn’t working.
I tried everything I could think of to no avail.
My only option was to try and climb out of a fully reclined chair.
Did I mention that I am a physically challenged senior citizen?
After 3 attempts and much anxiety, I managed to get myself out. My arms and legs were bruised but at least I didn’t fall trying to get to my walker, which was now out of reach.
I called the store the next morning, which was a Saturday. The store manager told me that he would have to speak with the general manager on Monday. He never once asked me if I was ok or if I wanted someone to come and upright the chair. I only had this chair in my home for 12 days and wanted to return it.
A friend was able to get my chair uprighted and checked out the underside. Apparently the wire connecting the remote was loose.
Austin, from Perkins, came to take a look and found that the connection was indeed loose and that a clip was broken, which he fixed.
Long story short, after many, many calls to the store (most of which were unreturned) I was told that they weren’t going to do anything about my situation. I couldn’t believe my ears.
I told the store manager that this was totally unacceptable and asked if he explained the whole story to the general manager.
He told me that he had.
We’ll, a few more weeks and many phone calls later I called again and Jeremy, the general manager was the one who answered the phone.
Surprise, he told me that he knew nothing about my problems but that it was too late to return the chair as their return policy is 7 days.
I told him about each call, as I kept a log of all of them, answered and unanswered, but he would not budge.
I am still very uneasy about reclining in this chair so in my opinion I am stuck with an unusable lemon.
This has got to be the absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered in all of my years.

Thank you for your response Ms Perkins. However, you stated that the chair was not delivered with this broken clip resulting in the wire becoming disconnected.
Do you know this to be true?
I explaned to Austin that the remote stayed on the arm of the chair and not yanked around.
More importantly to me is the fact that you didn’t address the many, many unreturned phone calls or the careless attitude I received from your store manager.
Once again, as my above post indicated, extremely poor customer service.
